If Rerun had even licked around the residue of a cleaning bottle then it may have been enough to send him into this sort of confused state. Te other alternative is a reaction to a sting which can sometimes throw a dog off balance and make them feel generally ill. I would keep an eye on him and see how he is making sure that he is drinking small quantities of water frequently. If it happens again, then you would be best to take him to your vet.
