A broken tooth is bad news and extremely sore for the dog. The root is exposed and open to infection so its an immediate matter of having it taken out. Also it will prevent any damage to the adult tooth as rot (infection) can transfer.

Its always down to body language. Someone with a very strong positive presence but still relaxed in the correct manner will be able to interact with a dog better than someone who is timid and not natural with dogs. In one of my puppy classes this morning I had a Cane corso who i fell in love with totally. She wasn't listening to her owner at all on the heelwork and her owner said that she won't do it. I took the dog and she was an angel with me. The response I got from the owner was "wow thats so goed, you're like a dog whisperer". I had to laugh at that but I've heard it before. Its just a matter of being very positive. :wink:

We always advised clients to give vitamin c so you could try that and hopefully that should help.

Introductions where you are always in control and no favourtism towards one or the other. Be firm from the start and they will accept each other.

I'm sorry but reading through that previous post leads me to believe that you are either lying (like we have seen before on Dogo) or you are an extremely bad irresponsible owner who neglects your pets. Surrendering a puppy of 3 months old for biting? Now come on! Either come clean or leave. Your stories are full of holes and contradictory information, and on that note I am not wasting any more of my time and going to bed. We can easily detect liars here on Dogo.

I think I can remember from a previous post that Cookie isn't a very young pup and vaccinated although i could be wrong.

I find that so strange that the AKC are so prejudiced against letting cross -breeds and dogs that dont conform to breed standard compete in obedience and agility.

lol ok thats certainly an interesting one... :lol: Though mind you in an obedience comp we had a judge with a rather witty sense of humour. For the retrieve article she put a red disc inside a condom :o unfortunately my dog was the only one who had a good retrieve so I got ribbed that Meg was used to picking them up whereas the other mutts were iffy about it. :lol:

frontline the dogs. Get a house spray (vetkem acclaim is the best in uk), remove all the soft furnishings. take a cloth and rub meths around the skirting boards, spray all over the room with the house spray and leave it for a few hours. Vacuum thoroughly especially all the corners. Also treat the dogs beds with the spray then wash them. :wink:

It certainly sounds pituitary or thyroid gland related at his age. A full blood count will give the answer.

Each and every furbabe is unique and each have their own little traits which is what we miss. Enjoy Carson and don't compare him :wink: Hes as unique as your next dog will be. :wink:
