2. I agree with rowie-the-pooh and Meehs. I would take her to the vet as soon as possible. Good luck! And I hope everything is ok. Please let us know how thing go.
3. Happy Birthday Indy! :new-bday: Hope he has a great birthday! Are you going to do anything special for his b-day?
4.
there is a screen cage you can get at Home improvement stores. It's metal, and it looks like a heavy metal screen with wide holes, so the air can come in through the regular screen. it attaches right to the door and stays there. you put it on the outside of the door. The dog cannot break through it and cannot reach the screen. My lab did the same thing, that's how I came across the screen cage.
Thanks courtnek, i'll have to look in on that. Any idea of what the price range might be?
5.
Can you put a metal guard over the screen mesh? Something that is expanded aluminum so you can still get the breeze and see out but that she can't crash through?
I'm not sure about the guard thing. I guess i can look into it and cheak at home depots. And thanks for everyone that has given me advice. gooeydog, I think I will try the displine thing first. Nostalgia really dislikes being displined. I feel so bad for doing it. I have never had to displine her much. I just need to catch her in the act. Because when i start walking over to the kitchen where the door is, she stops right away. Sheltielover, I will keep my aim open tomarrow to. I will be looking forward to chating with you. We've got a lot we can talk about.
6. Do you have any other good ideas? Would you like to chat?
7. I don't think that would work on a screen door. That looks like the sliding kind of screen door. I don't have that type.
8. Thanks that would be great! :D
9. We are currently renting our home, so we can't get something like that. I would love to be able to, Nostalgia always wants in and out. She knows how to open the screen door to go out, but she just can't get it.
10. O.k, I am soooo mad  This will be a second time that she has smashed in our back screen doors screen. I don't know how to get her to stop jumping at it. When she wants in, she jumps up and down and barks. But some times she falls into it. This is getting so fusterating...... Does anyone have this problem with their dog/dogs? And does anyone have any suggestions? 11. He sounds so cute out in the rain. I'm glad he had fun in the rain, hopefully he will like it for now on. :D
12. Congrats Rowie! :laola: I'd go for the pendent. :D
13. First i would like to ask why you have not spayed her yet? Cycles are every 6 months for 2 weeks.
14. I signed
15. And i thought my dog was silly, you guys have such silly pups. I can't help but laugh  I can just picture you guys and your dogs fighting for space on the couch or bed. And they say we are the masters. When we have to fight for space on our couches and beds. You can't help but let them lay with you, when they start giving you those sad puppy dog eyes.
16. If it's FDA approved it should be alright for the pups. Vet's have used it here in Missouri and said it's just as effective as the normal procedure, but it cost a lot less and the pup does not have to go through the surgery. The vets say a lot of owners are scared about putting them through surgery to neuter, so thats why they came up with the shot. Neutering is such a common procedure now a days. I would be more scared of spaying my dog then neutering.
17. I just have to tell you guys what Nostalgia did today. Well i was laying down on the couch, And up comes this dog slithering her way up to me. So she walks above me on the couch and just plops her whole body down on me. :eek3: I've got a 55 pound dog thinking she can use me as a bed. :o She puts her head in my neck and nudges me a bit. :calus: Then decides to sleep right there on me  She is such a big baby-dog, but it was so cute on how sneaky she tried to be. Of course I let her lay on me and we both took a short nap together. When my husbands around she would never be able to do things like that because she not aloud on the couch or bed. But when it's just her and I, she is aloud on the couch or bed with me as much as she possible. We are sneaky like that. It's our little secret. :evilbat:
18. I was just watching the news, and they we're just talking about a shot that is FDA approved and is called "neutersol" You no longer have to go through putting you dog through surgery to get them neutered. They say you can only use it on pups from 3 months old to 10 months old, but they are working on a shot for adult male dogs now. I will try to find out more info for you guys. But I thought you guys might want to hear about this new neutering method, and hear what you guys might have to say about it. :D
19.

I hate tuna. The smell is awful! My husband is always making tuna sandwiches, and he pores the juice out in my drain. Yuck! Talk about smelly. And he wonders why he don't get none anymore?
DO you have a garbage disposal? if so, put lemon peels in it and turn it on - the smell is wonderful!! If not, pour a little lemon juice down the drain and it will dispatch the smell for you
Thanks courtnek! I will try that for now on. :D
20. Those picture came out great! They look so cute together. Why don't you blow a couple of those up in poster size and pin them on the wall? They would make great posters. The last picture would be perfect. :D Your dog is gorgeous. And wizard is so handsome.
21.
Lab: Oh, me, me!!!! Pleeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I?
That is so true about labs. That is so cute!

24. My dog loves all kinds of stuffed animals. We normally just go to garage sales or second hand stores to get them. And she is very good about knowing which stuffed animals are hers and which are the kids. Shes my good baby-dog!
