1. Great site...looks like Ilsa has allot of "boyfreinds..  Ahhh by the way LOVE the pic on your site of Ilsa lying next to all her dog "stuff"....it looks like you raided my dog supply storage bins
2. We went to the beach today!! WooHoo! We had such a good time. It was zebra's first time going to the beach and at first he was a little weary of the smell of the ocean. I guess because there is so much salt in the air he wasn't use to it. When we got down the the ocean I put zebs 30 ft. leash on because he has horrible recal and I didn't want him to run off anywhere. It was so funny because he went down the the water and when the wave came up and got his feet wet he jumped sideways to get away from it. He didn't like being in the water at all but that's fine. There were tons of dogs there (and a LOT of hot surfers  ). Zebra got to play with a very nice pit mix and they kinda wore eachother out they were running around so much. ....Then a lab peed on our blanket.. :o We were talking to the owner at the time and I turned around and well...the dog was lifting it's leg. But it was only a little pee and the owner felt realy bad and kept appologizing, no hard feeling, dogs pee where they want to pee. After about an hour and a half playing we went to go get lunch at a dog freindly place called "the beach cafe". Your allowed to bring your dogs to the cafe and sit outside. They provide water for your dog and have a special "doggy menu" too! It was soooo cute!! There were tons and tons of dogs there, a realy FAT chihuahua(sp?), a old rottie and his old owner  , 2 little bichons. So we got our food and zebra got a "Bow wow wow" (chicken breast) and a "cool dog" (ice cream). This place was soo cool and the people there were so freindly (of course dog people are always nice!). Then as we were paying guess what I saw????? 3.....3 Irish Wolf Hounds!!!!!!!!!!! :o :P Oh my lord I know they are the tallest dog but WOW thoes are some HUGE dogs! And I got to pet them! Ohh I was soo happy! Oh and when we were there there were these bratty kids that kept running up to all the dogs and petting them and the mom kept chasing the kids around, I was soo tempted to hand them zebra's leash and tell them to use it with there kids :evilbat: . All in all it was a wonderful day and zebra was behaving perfectly, in fact he was the best behaved that he has ever been. But I did bring something home from our adventures today.....a TICK! On me!!! aggh! I think it was on my pants then it got on my bed. :o :( I took a few pics so I'll post them soon!
3. I'm thinking I might take Zebra to the beach this weekend. He has never been before so I'm wondering if I have to take any precations when taking him there? Is there anything special that I should take? I mean as it is when I take him out to the park I bring everything except for the kitchen sink. Do dogs need sun screen for there nose??  Thanks in advance.
4. Oh if I the room for more I would get a GSD, a Dobie, a Pharoh Hound, a Belgian Malinos (sp?), a welsh corgi....oh I just want so many dogs!

7. Happy Easter everyone!!! And remember bunnies don't make good easter gifts.
I ate a full bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs to myself this afternoon while Ruby and Rosie sat watching me. Sorry girls they're all mine.
Aghhh!! I'm sooo addicted to thoes it's not even funny!!!...great now I want some!
8. Ahh yes the "zoomies"....maybe he is still energetic and wants to play. I know I can tire out much quicker then Zebra can...so I stand in the middle of the lawn holding his 30 ft leash and let him do his Zoomies...it makes him happy..and I'm happy because he is tired when we go inside
9. I realy feel for you HF. It's one of thoes damned if you do, damned if you don't type of things. Our neighbors are perty crappy too and there not the type of people that you can go over and "talk too"....no, they are the type that sit out on there lawn drinking beer and playing there music so loud that I can hear it half way down the street. :x Complain and rant as much as you like...honestly we don't mind!
10. I don't think your wrong at all. Thoes kids should not have been out after dark..and especally not on your property. I would have done the exact same thing if I were you. In fact I told a kid one time that I was going to let my dog bite him...but only after he swung his bike a few inches away from zebra's face then laughed when zebra got scared and ran behind me. :x Kids and parents realy suck now a days. I'm only 20 years old and I relize how disrespectful kids are now a days. When I was young(er) I couldn't go out at any time without my parents knowing who, what, where, when, why. And if I were to want to go out after dark...well that was just a joke, my parents bearly let me out at night now! Although I don't know how much you can blaim a kid, they only know what they are taught..or not taught. :-?
My husband didn't utter a peep when I told him I wanted to dig a moat around the house and fill it with alligators
Why can't you build a moat w/ alligators?? You can become a rescue for alligators. Kill two birds with one stone, take all the unwanted/abused alligators and keep them at your house...and they would keep away thoes pesky kids!
11. Oh that was cute! This one reminded me of something zebra did today.
Dear God, Why do humans smell the flowers, but seldom, if ever, smell one another?
A rose was haning over the small wall that is in between our yard and the neighbors and zebra walked over to it, sat down and sniffed it for about 10 seconds. It was sooo cute! I wish I had a camera.
12. Signed!
Loney and Paulson claim it was a dangerous dog and that they did the neighborhood a favor by getting rid of a nuisance. But several neighbors say the dog was merely a friendly stray. Several also say this is not the first time Paulson has willingly killed animals.
I realy hope that they are punished to the full extent of the law. Because next thing you know there going to be killing children. Hey do you think I can kill thoes two and say I got rid of a nuisance??? :evilbat:
13. And theses dogs are necessary because????? Oh right I forgot! There arn't enought large Akita, Akita Mixes in shelters and rescues so of course we need to breed more!!! God these people must have the combined IQ of a tree stump, how stupid is that "breed" name! Maskita?! It sounds like some kind of contagious disease.

I can't help it..I just HAVE to post my favourite one!
15. I've seen thoes stickers at PetSmart. They usually sell them with the "Beware Of Dog" signs. Usually on the ends of the isles. (gee can you tell I go to petsmart alot, I know where everything is  ). Or you can get them threw mail order catalogs or internet, places like Petedge.com or Dr.Foster and Smith.
16. I have the dog disease, or as my freinds and family so lovingly put it "Dog Tourettes" . This is when you yell out random dog information at inappropriate times. When you always try to turn converstaions back to dogs. And the worst "Symptom"...when you see any dog and yell out the breed. I have all thoes symptoms, but the last one is the worst out of all of them. For example- I was in the car w/ my best friend who was driving. It was night time and I suddenly yell out "It's a Golden retriever!!"....My freind slams on her breaks and goes "where?! Did I hit it?!"....I meekly said "No, it was back there in a fenced yard" Lets just say she was NOT happy that I yelled that out and scared her. And I did this all day yesturday when I was out with my two best freinds. My one friend suggest that I start to "twitch" when I yell out breeds of dogs...since apparently I have "dog tourettes". So does anyone else do this? Or am I the only crazy one? (please please let me not be the only insane person who does this!)
17.
Cody saw her and made a HUGE Howl
 I just love that! It's like he was saying "Hey I remember you! Now pay attentio to me!" :P I bet Jean was happy to know that Cody was doing so well.
then he said Cody can hear himself bark adn i said um no he can't and he got all mad
Don't you just LOVE it when strangers tell you that you don't know anything about YOUR dog! :x I'm a firm beliver that stupidity should hurt  .
18. :x I want to beat her within an inch of her life. What a bunch of BS.
19. Pit Bulls or any "bull" dogs- Trouble, Killer, Scarface, Gotti, or any other Mob name.
20. Ohhh what a cutie!!!!
Congratulations and a special "K medal" for adopting ...but why did we not hear of this sooner???? ..no secrets!!! thats the rule!!!
I agree. why didn't you tell us sooner?? So when did you decided to get her? Why? Come on now, tell us the details  .
21. I named my dog zebra. Who in there right mind would name a dog after an African mammal that is related to the horse?......Me I guess.
22. :x Seriously, someone needs to put Chlorine in to the Gene Pool. I think 'Guest' is right...I would tell the clients, or let the clients know about him. Sounds like your boss dosn't care what you say but money speaks louder then words. And if he is going to loose money then he won't want the guy around. Why did this moron get a job at a place where you work with dogs on a regular basis if he dosn't like dogs? Well if worse comes to worse you can always "accidently" hit him with your car! :P
23.
HAPPY BDAY LUCKSTER! :new-bday:
I swear when I read this it said "LOBSTER"...not "Luckster"..... I think I better get more sleep. :-? Happy Birthday Lucky!!
24. Aww he just left you a "present".. And of COURSE he had to poo on the carpet..he knows it makes a bigger mess. I realy hope you don't have white carpet.
25. When I read the title my eyes were like this :o . You realy had me wondering there HF.... Sounds like he will calm down allot after his neuter and some training at the HF boot camp. ......But why is his name fifty? :-?
