1.
woohoo! dogs know people better then we do, i always judge my dogs choice of people..
Yup! Totally agree! Way to go Laurel! :D
2. :( So sorry dal. I hope Zoey feels better in the morning. I would suggest baby asprin but I don't know how safe that is. :-? Give her a snuggle for me.
3. Ahh! Stupid Fireworks! I HATE THEM! I wish they would make them illigal in my city like all the surrounding citys. Poor Zeb is so afraid of them. Today some morons were setting off bottle rockets while I was out and my dad had to stay with zeb in the kitchen all night because he was so scared. :( I hate the 4th of July!
4. Suprisingly enough Zebs never done anything totally embarassing. But he has done something to embarass my mom. I was on vacation out of the state for two weeks last summer and my mom had to take Zeb to training class alone. He has always been a perfect dog at training class and would be very obediant for us. Well this one weekend when I wasn't there and my mom took him he pooped and peed ALL over his training mat and my mom had to clean it up. Later that night I got a phone call where I was staying and my mom yelling at me on the line how my dog was such a brat. :evilbat:
5.
You're not the only one. I talk to Abby constantly, ask her questions too. Like if I'm trying to decide between two things I'll ask her and which ever thing she sniffs first I go for.
Oh your not the only one that does that!! I do that all the time with zebby! I usually have him choose my shoes that I'm going to wear for the day.
6.
Well, I can't use "oops". To my dogs "oops" means that some type of food just hit the floor so come and get it! Any mention of "oops" will bring both my dogs running to the person who uttered it and have them searching the floor for the dropped tidbit.
   I'm so amazed, your dogs don't follow you around when you have food? Mine does, hopping that something, anything will fall on the floor.
7. I went shopping today and saw this purse and I soo thought of you HF! They had a "Scotty" dog one and an "Kitty" one. I bought the "Scotty" one. http://lanebryant.charmingshoppes.com/Shopping/product.asp?product_id=L1003945
8. Every day there is dog hair or rabbit hair in my food or drink, meh. I just pick it out don't think about it. I suppose to any non-animal person that would realy freak them out. Sometimes on walks I'll let zebra drink out of my sport top water bottle and he gets it all slobbery, I just wipe it off and drink out of it anyways.
9.
On an another note, give me these kids, a box of firecrackers, and a tube of anal lube.
Can I help? :evilbat: "people" that do these kinds of things should have the EXACT same thing done to them. Would it be "Politcaly Correct"? No but it's what they deserve.
10. Well we all know that dogs respond to certain words, like "treat", 'outside", "Cookie" ect. But do your dogs respond to words that don't mean anything to them? For example, Zebra responds to these words and/or phrases everytime someone says them. They have no meaning to him he just responds or gets excited when hearing them. -Oil -Ringo Starr -Wanna learn how to fly? -Ogga Booga Boo -Highland Park -Rainbow Bridge So what weird words does your dog respond to?
11.
I cannot stand untrained children. In my area, none of the restaurants have smoking sections, and I really think they should have kid and no kid sections. The last thing I want to do when shelling out money on food is to have to deal with someone else's child coming up and asking me a zillion questions. IE "What are you eating? Can I have some?" etc etc, when their parents are sitting ACROSS the restaurant assuming that everyone is overjoyed to have thier little monster trying to sit on their lap and eat their food. I know I am going to have a ton of kids running up to pet my dog when I finally get him, and I am NOT looking forward to it.
Uh I totally agree with you! I actually had some kids playing hide and seek while in a resturaunt and one of the kids hid under out table!!! AGH! Realy what are wrong with these parents?! Ok on to dogs and kids. I have had a few bad experiences with kids running full speed at zebra then hugging him. This only seems to happen in petsmart for some reason :-? . The parents don't seem to mind that there child is hugging some strange dog. I think the best experience I had with a child and his mom was when I was in Petsmart w/ zebra and he was wearing his Gentle leader and like most people said some think it's a muzzle. Anyways this little boy about 6 years was in the same isle as I was w/ zeb he goes to his mom "hey look at that doggy!! Can I pet him!?" The mother looks over at me and smiles and tells her child "you better ask the lady if you can pet him, ok?" this little boy comes up to me and says "hi, your dog is pretty, can I pet him?" Of course I said yes and the kid was so gentle and zebra ended up laying down and rolling over so his belly could be pet. After the kid had pet zebra his mom came up to me and said "thank you" and smiled. I had no idea why she said thank you or anything but later my mom (who was also in the isle) said "I feel sorry for that kid." . I asked her why and she said "didn't you notice? the boy only had one arm."... :( I honestly didn't notice, I was too busy talking to the boy about zebra. That was the most polite child I have ever meet. :D

18. Great just what we need ANOTHER mutt breed. Fantastic. I wonder how long it's going to take before the rescues are flooded with this "breed". :-?
19. I thought they were basically mutts? A cross between Alaskan Huskies, sled dogs and some smaller breed(s)? I saw some breeder on TV saying that she wanted a Huskie but lap dog size that's why she breeds them. :-?
