  1. Thanks for the info K & Gooey. I've started to condition him by running with him on footpath so Ithink I will keep with that for a little while then move to the bike and just do very small distances to start with and slowly build up.
  2. K - question for you since you do so much riding with Storm and Blade. What type of surface do you ride on? Do you find grass or ride on concrete? If on concrete how do the pads on their feet handle it?
  3. Congratulations on the arrival of the puppies. So sorry about poor little # 2
  4. The goggles are so cute. I can't imagine Indy keeping them on though :-?
  5. Hopefully your neighbour has seen the light and reformed his ways. Where do you think the dog was for past month?
  6. My first word was also no.
  7. Fantastic news :D
  8. Well done. Sounds like you had lots of fun. It's always very rewarding when our furry kids learn something new.
  9. Lots of positive thoughts for Cory. I hope they throw the book at his former owner
  10. Aroura - I don't think your vet is ripping you off in regards to the bloodwork. When we had Indy done were told the same thing as you and I'm sure it cost about around $40.00. They explained the reason for it to me at the time and it made sense but I'm a bit embarrased that I now can't remember what they said
  11. Interesting reading. Thanks for posting the link.
  12. Smart but very cheeky
  13. I am so glad the surgery went well. I know it all must seem a bit daunting to you at the moment but she will do fine without her leg. Lots more hugs to both of you
  14. That's fantastic news. Congratulations :D
  15. I agree with the others. You should get the papers. I know it won't make a difference in your day-to-day lives but it's the principle.
  16. Good girl Nostalgia :D Indy did that once as well. We had been out for quite a few hours and when we came home there was Indy sitting on the front verandah. I almost had a heart attack when I saw him. He had dug himself under the fence :x and I don't know how much exploring he did while we were gone but thank dog he was sitting there waiting for us when we got back.
  17. Congratulations. What a great result for your first show. She is such a sweet looking puppy :D

  20. Thanks for sharing your happy ending. It's nice to know they do happen.
  21. Wow, that sounds great. It would be perfect for Indy too. I normally don't buy him stuffed toys as they usually last about 5 mintues :-?
  22. Don't tease us like that. Where are the pictures
  23. Sending lots of positive thoughts and hugs
  24. I can't remember off the top of my head but I think Indy's neutering (inc bloodwork) was around $250.00 - he would have been approx 40kg at the time.
