1. email me the pic and i'll post it for ya tville_loser@yahoo.com
2. my sisters boyfriend(jake) and his brother were moving all of my sisters stuff into the apartment today(apartment is attached to our house) so they are in the backyard and see all of my doggies... jake's brother says "will that german shepherd bite?" i'm for a second, i'm thinking "german shepherd? where?? wtf?" and then i realize he's talking about sheeba..so i was like uh no none of them bite.. but i just thought..umm...yea..lol...i guess she somewhat, tiny bit looks like a gsd??(not really  ) but anywayz. then he goes "is that a pit?" (talking about eli) i'm like yea. so he's like,"he's a pretty pit!" why thank you!(big smile on my face) but then he's like "what kind of pit" i was like huh?? and so he askes jake "what kind of pit" jake goes "he's brindle pit and something else" me- i was just like..uh yea...i dunno... ROFL. while i'm really thinking "there is only ONE KIND of pit! and that's APBT! and then this kids girlfriend goes "who's brown and black dog is that" so i look around to see if there is a dog in the alley or something..nope.. lol she was talking about Keesha! well she's mine i'd hope ROFL considering she is sitting in my yard! but they are all nice people..but it gave me a good laugh!! ROFL
3. I would say do the treatment. most dogs make it through the treatment without any side affects.
4.
For your info no that is not my dog that is why I stated it was my bf's siter's yorkie. Duh. Anyways, im gonna recommend her to take it somewhere else because a little dog like that can die from anesthesia. I also heard little dogs die can die from getting fixed because anesthesia can be too strong for some dogs.
is that you way of making excuses to breed your BYB yorkie?
5. buh bye won't miss ya. don't worry though, we'll be cleaning up after your mess
6. well gee, that's funny no purebred yorkies in shelters and rescues huh? gee..none at all.. ^those are just a FEW that i found in MY state. now, let's show some from good ole cali and those are only a few. and that's just one petfinder. god only knows how many yorkie rescues there are out there to clean up after people like you. just one time eh? just that one time can lead up to 4,372 dogs being born but it's pretty obvious that you dont give a rats ass, all you care about is making some money. dont know who you are trying to kid, but studding out a dog does make money for people like you, cause your unhealth tested, unproven dog will be studded out and you'll get some outrageous fee that the BYB you stud to will charge. and then the BYB will peddle of his/her puppies and then the peope she sold to will breed their dogs and peddle of their puppies, some of them will probably end up in puppy mills. most will probably end up abandoned somewhere or in a shelter or rescue cause the stupid ignorant POS BYB didn't care to interview the buyers, just wanted the money. cause that's what it's all about to you fricken people is MONEY MONEY AND MORE DAMN MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
7. sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. i have been thinking about getting eli one for when we go on walks and when we go to the vet, cause on our walks we always encounter stray dogs, and there's always dogs at the vet office..
8.
Ah not trying to hurt your feeings hillside but we have a Dal in our street who roams causing trouble. Not the fault of the dog but the irresponsible owners. However, this dog causes me grief every time I take my dogs for their walks ON LEAD. It is a right pain in the butt and has put me off the breed. Bad owners of my breed are the reason people have a bad impression of Rottweilers too.
there is a rot that lives down the street from me, owned by a nice guy who loves his dog very much and has trained the dog well, very sweet dog!! and they walk by our house all the time and the dog is always walking very nice on the leash. then i have this idiot who lives across the alley who has a rottie, and he was walking it down the alley and the dog was practically dragging him, and then i drove by to find out that they keep the dog in a kennel 24/7 :( so i'd be a little leary in approaching that dog because i know he has probably never had any real socialization :(
9. a dalmatiAn is a breed i would probably like to own. my brother had one, and he was way out of control and had so much energy, because they kept him changed up all the time  i would go over there almost daily though and play fetch with him and just pet him and he was incredibly sweet! they ended up taking him to the pound  but luckily there was someone who had been looking for a dalmatian at the pound for awhile...so hopefully they gave him a loving home
10. licking is ok as long as the dog doesn't lick too much. if the dog licks it excessively(sp???) then it will prevent it from healing. but if the dog jus licks it a little bit then it won't hurt it, it will help it.
11. a trip to the vet is usually a waste of time cause they'll tell ya there is nothing they can do for a foot cut.. just keep an eye on her, and if she licks it too much then bandage it, and just make sure it doesnt get infected..
12. :o
13. i've only met 2 chows. one was owned by my friend and he was sooooo sweet the other was a dog that boarded at the vet i worked at, he wasn't mean, but he wouldn't let me get near him, and he was a pain in the butt to move from one kennel to the other.
14. http://www.itsmeowornever.org/homeless.html WATCH THIS! and make sure your speakers are on!
15. http://www.learntobreed.com/ http://www.wonderpuppy.net/breeding.htm DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!!
16. NO SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR DOGS!! 10 MILLION DOGS ARE KILLED EVERY YEAR! THERE AREN'T ENOUGH HOMES FOR THEM ALL!!!
17. cool!! i am surprised to see soo many celebs with rescue dogs. it's good to see it though!!
18. :banan: that song rocks! :D
19. poor dog. :(
20. how could i not let them sleep in the bed!! i do NOT sleep well if i dont have a dog or cat in the bed with me.
21. i know i responded earlier..but i have been thinking of this all day lol. and i cant really pin point a breed that is seen alot around here. i do see quite a few pitties, and thankfully they are all well taken care of. mix breeds just seem to be a big thing around here.. and boxers, their are quite a few boxers in here, even one with a tail! same with rotties, there is one that lives down the street and one that lives across the alley and a few other people have rotties, one guy has a rottie with tail
22. sheeba is a chow/akita mix and i am always asked "oh my, what's her temperent?" because everyone thinks that with her mix she would have a terrible temperment. soo not true. She is very very loving and affectionate! she even went to a nursing home once and really made lots of elderly people very happy!!
23. around here i see tons of mix breeds a few goldens and a few labs. lots of little dogs
24. ya know, i always said i would NEVER own a golden retriever, cause i just didn't like them.. and now I have Ozzy  he's not pure golden, but he's damn near close!! most of the time people are shocked to find that he is NOT a pure golden retriever, because he looks EXACTLY like one and acts like one. his coat is a little short for a pure golden, but that's it. i love him to death though, he's EXACTLY what i have ALWAYS wanted in a dog. Smart, handsome, active, loves to fetch, and loves to swim. it's crazy how things work out isn't it
25.
I dont think anyone was lumping them into a spaz group, just some of us were showing the downsides of them being advertised by breeders as the "perfect family dog"...and the kid she snapped at? not at all uncommon for a lab. while a well socialized one should never bite a child, or anyone else, labs are known for that "warning snap"....my lab x does it now. basically they grab the hand of the "offender" (and kids can be very offensive, without realizing it) and clamp down. rarely do they break skin, they do mostly have bite inhibition built in (unless their mixed with something less hunting related) but they do have their limits and this is how they show them. a lab mix or a badly socialized/untrained one can and have bitten people, severely. thats why I always stress to people that this is a BIG dog, with a head and neck strong enough to knock you off your feet if it wanted to, a jaw just as big and wide. its not a pushover just because its a lab. these dogs are strong enough to drag a 6 ft 200 lb man down the street if determined enough.....Free's a mix, and could and HAS dragged me down the street before I got her harness...and she doesnt have the huge head and neck of a purebred....
well, maggie was great with us when we were kids(we got her when i was 5, i have one younger brother, and 4 older siblings, all of us except my half brother are a year apart..) she took all kinds of crap from us, we poked at her, pulled on her ears and tail, tried to ride her, etc. and not once did she ever snap or even growl. with this kid..i dunno..it was a couple years ago..she was like 9 or 10..he was petting her under her chin so i think that's why she snapped..cause that is kind of a dogs vulnerable stop(right??) and she bit him on the face. but again it didn't break the skin, and we just keep her away from kids now, not that there are any kids here now, but every once in awhile somebody has a kid over here... i got lucky with Shadow cause she is half lab and half great pyrenees, but she got the pyr temperment. So she is very laid back and absolutely adores kids, and she's not hyper or anything. :D
