Well I use a tie out when I take Sassy out, she can get through our fence, and I have to keep her & Zeus apart because of fights.. And Zeus would rather be outside all day then inside. He enjoys it he has full run of the Backyard & and he has a large dog house, and plenty of shade..

That's total BS!! So just because they're "pit Bulls" and they don't have homes they're going to be lead to slaughter>.> That is so not right, why not give them a grace period to get adopted. This is just so awfull..

It actually not a sexual thing, it's a domainate thing. he's telling you that he's the boss over you.. need to nip in the bud now..

Nookie, you brought it on yourself by allowing a dog off leash next to a busy road.. Wise up a little bit, and use a leash on Didi or the same fate will befall her.. Being 15 is no excuse for your behavior.. use your brains, and use a leash. And I don't have a ton of money, and I still can keep my dogs on leash & out of harms way. And just one thing to say, if your leaving dogo, well don't let the door hit ya wear the sun don't shine on the way out..

I know you feel horriable, but you know something this could've been prevented had both dogs been on a leash.. If your not more carefull, Didi will be gone also. How hard is it to snap a leash on a small dog & walk them?? How many dogs is this now? First you sent a dog to the shelter for teething, now this.. I'm sorry but your a pretty irrisponsible to let both of your dogs outside unsupervized & unleashed..

She's not outside barking, it's in the house out the window or door.. Today it went on for 2 hrs do to some tree trimers in the area.. The another 2 hrs when the squirrels were at the bird feeder.. It'd be okay if it was one or 2 barks, but when she won't stop it get grateing.. I've found a citranallea collar & I'll be ordering it, but until it comes, what do i do. I've tried squirting her with a water gun, Saying no till I'm blue in the face, takeing a flyswatter & smacking it on the table, closeing the blinds & the door.. still barks...

Okay here's the situation. Sassy barks, and barks and barks at everything! cats, squrriels, cars, trucks, mail men, everything outside. And once she starts she barks no stop for hours. It's grateing on my nerves! Yet when I try to stop her, my family tells me to leave her alone, she's a dog, and they bark. it's one thing to bark, and another to do it non-stop for hours..

Sassy has been battleing a UTI for the 4th time. Now she has to eat Prescription dog food which is low in Sodium, Magnisum & Phospyrus(sp) Plus she's on antibiotics.. But she seems extremely latheragic. Not barking at the squirrels like she always does.. She's been refuseing food for 2 days, which is so not like her. Even ignoreing cooked chicken, and we can't get her to the vet till friday. I'm worried about her.. She's just laying on the couch, not wanting to do anything..

Well My Grandparents hate the idea of muzzleing her :agrue: They think it'll hurt her feelings, I'm like it'll save us money!! And she can't hurt anyone.. It's getting annoying that everthing I say about her gets twisted into me being mean to her.. They just don't understand dogs.. They treat them more like children..

yep, she's not bad with other dogs, it's the people we have to worry about.. Strangers plus her don't mix.. She's already bitten the vet & 3 vet techs while she was under 3 doses of seditive :oops:

Finally after searching store after store for a high quality Leather muzzle for Sassy, I finally found one. Please don't think I'm a bad owner for makeing her wear one, she's haveing issues with being corrected.. I'm being driven crazy by both dogs.. Sassy has become combative to every little comand, and she's started snapping at me when I give her a correction.. And Zeus is just so thick at times, I know he's smart as a whip, but he'll look at me like I'm from mars.. And he will not stop chaseing his tail when he wants out. It's like a top & it's next to impossiable to stop.. I don't know what to do with either one of them, plus the grandparents think I'm being mean when I correct them. My lord they spoil both of them.. My Grandma spoon feeds Sassy :o and Zeus won't eat Kibble unless it has turkey or something extra added.. Just the other day, Zeus jumped over the coffee table clearing it, and neither one of my grandparents did a damn thing, just laughed... It's like my god, where'd the weeks & weeks of training go?? :-?

He got returned because he nipped when he was fed.. Then he became aggersive from being caged, hell I'd be snappy too if I was tied like he was, and then put into a cage in a shelter.. Cute little fellow :(

I Was watching animal cops Detroit the other day & they put a great dog down do to food aggerssion?? Can't that be trained out of them?? I don't see why they couldn't just feed him in crate, or outside?? :( I hate that they put them to sleep just for food issues :(

Heck I just brushed my other dog out, and I swear we could have a whole mess of dogs with all the hair her & him lose!! I need to start saveing it & makeing it into coats or something :lol: :lol:

This is going to be an awfull wait to find out what it is!! I hope it's just a begnin(sp) lump & nothing more serious.. :(

Just a question if they do a biopsy will the just remove the whole thing, and send her home, or will they have to keep her??
