1.
THEY BE ANIMALS THAT WE EAT. BUT! FORGET THE CHILDREN!!
Since when did people start eating their dogs?? You struck a nerve with me. Yes some animals we do eat, cows, chickens, pigs, fish. But to say they're just a stupid animal that we eat is total BS. Each animal is capable of feelings, and no animal is truely stupid. Yes some have more intelegence then others. Just because they can't speak the human launguge doesn't mean they don't speak to us in other ways. How could you not look into the eyes of your dog when you say "outside" and not see the joy??? What about when your haveing a bad day and your dog comes to you and lies by you. They are capable of reading our emotions, and they're there unconditionally. If you want to keep spouting your BS I'll keep backing my point up.
2. And here's that Killer today: My god!! Watch out he might lick you to death, or the ears will make you laugh your self to death. Boy what a crock. Any breed can bite!!! Why is the target all of sudden GSD's? What's next Rotties, dobies, chows?? Heck a toy poodle can bite a child, and my question is where in the He!! were the parents????
3. here's a dangerous GSD for you, looks like a killer doesn't he
4. :o :o Mini Rotties?? There is no such thing that I know of.
5. here's my long story: Adopted Sassy at 7 weeks of age from a shelter. She was a cute little puppy. She housebroke easily, and was good dog. She was a bit domiante of times, but we worked on that. Her aggersion started when I brought home a small female pup I found tied up to a gas pump. It went well for awhile, but one day I let them out in the backyard, and Sassy ended up killing the other dog. :( She kept getting more aggersive towards strangers & other dogs. One night she got lose from the house & was gone for 3 hours before we found her. She'd been hit by a car, damageing her backleg, as a result she had to have it amputated. She started becomeing aggersive with the vets, trying to attack them. Then we had an incedent with the AC & UPS claiming she was "pit" It got dropped, as she was a Shar-pei. She kept getting more & more unstable. Then one day she attacked me, biteing my arm. I had a hard time makeing the choice but I had to put her down. She was free from her demons. ANd free of the pain.

8. Good Boy Buck!!! :D
9.
The answer to the question of this post is: NO, sorry, can't stand them dogs!! Had too many problems with them. One time a GSD killed my rabbit. Another time one attacked my cousin. The neighbors have one, and it barks SO FREAKIN LOUD, oh my gosh!! The size of its mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont like the odor they have either. They should be banned in.......................... .............. .........................THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!
"You Need Perfesional Help" Odor???? Don't all dogs have some odor? Geez, I have a rottie too and they both smell the same. Yes they have a large mouth, they're "LARGE " Dogs. The GSD that killed your bunny was acting on prey drive. Go right ahead & ban my boy, he's bored with you
10. :o :o Now aren't you saying that "Large dogs" would make a meal out of any small dog?? BS. My dogs are socialized with all breeds, shapes & sizes. Just seeing a small dog will not send them into attack mode, in fact nothing but a straight attack would cause one of my boys to react. Even then they'd stop under my command. It's not about the dogs, it's the owner who doesn't take the time to train the dog, no matter what size. Say my rottie came out of my front yard & latched on to your dog in the street, your dog is on leash, and mine is not. Would it be laughed off like it is if the roles are reversed? No, my dog would be PTS asap. He's a "Dangerous Breed" Rotties, pitts, peis, gsds, alot of dogs fall under the dangerous cattagory with out reason. It's not the dogs it's the crappy owners.
11. Maybe this thread should be moved to debates???
12. I've seen dogs in Home Depot & Lowes all the time, I guess it's not a problem there, but I've never tried it except at petco & petsmart
13. No worries, I have people sterotype my chosen breeds also. I own a Rottie & a GSD, both "Dangerous Dogs" in some peoples eyes. My big thing is no matter what the size is, they need to be trained. Alot of people think just cause their little & cute they don't need training. All dogs need it to be good compainons. BTW I love the sheltie in your siggy, If I get another dog it'll be a sheltie, I just love them.
14. The Title had nothing to do with small dogs, I simply stated I had a little rant. And yes it had to do with small dogs & they're owners. It was not my intent to diss small dog owners, I just get tired of the owners who think it's so cute for their little UNTRAINED Dog to bite my large dogs. Plus the dog in question was unleashed on a busy street, so it was in danger of being hit by a passing car. My dogs where on leash, not roaming free.
15. I don't have anything against small dogs, I just don't like their owners who think that their "little darling" is the sweetest thing while hanging off my dogs leg or neck. The guy said "Isn't he a tough guy takeing on two big dogs like that" "He a little man". If my 2 ever did that to another dog/owner they'd be PTS. Of course my dogs where on leash under my control, but the little "hellion" was standing in the middle of the street with no supervison. Is that a responsiable owner?
16. Only time I put my dogs on a "run" is when I can't be out back watching them, or when I have something I need them out of the way for. Yes I have a 6 foot privacy fence, but I feel safer knowing they have no way of getting out when I can't watch them. That's what happened to Kirby, my GSD/Husky mix, I turned my back one second & he managed to get the gate open & he was gone. He met his end with a car shortly after. If I would've had him on a run it might not of happened. When I had Sassy, she was on a run also. I couldn't trust her in the backyard when I wasn't there to watch her, so I hooked her up. And when I'm outside, they're off the run & with me. I think it's just safer IMO when you can't watch them to have them hooked up. Plus there are times when I need to put them outside when we have company who don't like dogs. Hmmmm has a great system, she knows her dogs, and their best intrests at heart. No one gets hurt when everyone is confined, and hooked up.
17. I was told bye a GSD "Dog Show Snob" that Zeus was a cur of a shepherd, due to his back being straight, and not slanted. I'm like well at least he does have hip problems, and he can walk & run normally. Do you guys think that the AKC is actually damageing some breeds more then they're supposused to be helping??? I know when I look at Zeus I see a well built dog, with a nice shape. I'm clueless to the dog show way, but I do think it'd be nice to see the straight normal backs in the show ring.
18. My boys eat better then I do, they get chopped stew meat, mixed with Diamond dry, and scrambled eggs, veggies & fruits. And if I grill a steak on the grill I cut one in 2 and give them each half. They also like cottage cheese.
19. Red X for me :(
20. I don't think I'd ever harm a small dog, but I wouldn't allow it to bite me. I've seen plenty little hellions that weren't any bigger then my shoe LOL.
21. Atleast no one was hurt. But still I think it's a pain to think that these little dogs can get away with being aggressive, yet say Apollo or Zeus growled at someone, my ass would be is so much trouble. I'm proud of my 2 for not makeing them a moveing squeaky toy. I think my worst bite I've ever gotten was from a Toy Poodle, little shit bit me on the ankle.
22. I took my dogs on a walk today, and 3 little dogs came after me & my dogs. I'm like where are the owners of these 3 little guys. I had both my dogs on leash in the street, where these 3 were without an owner or leash. Finally the owner comes out of his house & thought the whole secne was cute!! "Isn't he a tough little guy!" "That's my little man" "That's so cute" My reply was, no it's not cute when your 3 dogs could've seriously been hurt had a car come along. And your really lucky, cause my guys might see yours as a toy. It just irks me. Little dogs can come out of their yard & try to attack someone & the owner sees it as cute. But say my 2 got out & tried to attack someone, they'd be PTS in a heart beat because the happen to be "Dangerous" in some peoples mind. Next time those 3 might not be as lucky if they get out, a car or a large lose dog would hurt them. I'd love to tell the owner to keep them leashed or inside the fence. But I don't know if I should.
23. Zeus my GSD :D
24. Apollo a rottie & Zeus a GSD 10 ferrets & 8 birds
