3. Welcome Back  Beautiful Dogs, give them to me NOW :o I INSIST :o
4. Yeah she was Behle, and she's just had a game of tug of war (with my sock) with Ruby and she won :o
5. Not in yet Jen, got to ring back tomorrow :( :(
6. CONGRATULATIONS JEN AND LAYLA :smilecolros: Really pleased for you Jen, what a brilliant girl, :D but then you knew that didn't you. Please take Ruby and Rosie with you, they need some discipline. :o How do you find the time to do all these things, you must be superwoman in disguise. :ylsuper: Good Girl Layla :buzi: :buzi: :buzi: you deserve a kiss :D
7. Rowie, she's a English Setter :D Don't worry we're all airheads sometimes :o
8. Who said Rosie was lazy. Took this at 2.30pm this afternoon. Went to Three Sisters Recreation and Rosie was running like mad today. Good job I had my camera with me, her dad wouldn't of believed it. Took loads more good pics but I'll let you all have a rest from looking at them before I post anymore. :D Aren't her ears funny :D :D :D We don't often see her running this much so I was so happy. :D :D :D
9. I got bitten by a little bitsy whippet called Rosie (typical), she bit me twice on the back of my thigh, it bloody hurt I could hardly press my foot on the car pedals while I was finishing my round. So it's not always large aggressive looking dogs who bite. I always watch out for the small angelic ones. :D I had been in her house before when her Dad was dying from cancer and she had been fine. Anyway he died and next time I was in with her Mum I had my back to the stairs and she came running down and bit me. I think it was the trauma of losing her Dad who she was with every day, I couldn't chastise her, I think she was stressed. :( The other time, the woman opened her door and her Jack Russell (nasty) jumped up and latched on to my stomach, that was even more painful than the thigh. I was black and blue and the nurse said I should of reported it in case it bit a child. And before you start I've got nothing against Jack Russells, my friend has one and I love him to bits and he me. It's just this particular one is very nasty (takes after his owner) and she should be more careful when opening the door to anyone. It's sad that Erin might lose a friendship over this as we all need our friends. Let us know what happens :(
10. Sorry Barbiro, Rosie is a Orange Belton Setter I just said white so pei could identify her quickly in the photo. White with orange markings, there's also Blue Belton, Tricolour etc.
11. Night Jen, off to bed myself now :(
12. Mind you Behle with Ben and Max you NEED wide open spaces :D Thanks Ellie, just let me know when you're fed up :(
13. Actually Jen she's doing really well. She's lost about 3-4 stone since she was last in hospital (a lot of it was fluid) and is now much more mobile (she wasn't really mobile at all before with her leg ulcers etc) I had her here bank holiday week on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday and took her to a recreation ground near us. I take the dogs there and they just went our usual way through the woods  (they didn't know we had mum in a wheelchair) so we followed, talk about hairraising, she was bumped every which way but she just laughed. I think she enjoyed it because she hadn't been able to get out for many many months. She also managed slowly to get up my stairs without using the stair lift, only once mind but what a milestone. :D
14. So am I Behle and one of these days we are going to move to somewhere remote. We love it in the Highlands of Scotland, I'm always looking at property sites on the internet, maybe one of the remote Scottish Islands. Mind you I don't know what I'd do for my Saturday night out. Oh well you can't have everything. :( Oh and the girls enjoy it. :D
15. Sorry to hear of your health problems Jen. :( But glad to know you are recovering well. :D :D I certainly know what a nebuliser is because my mum has emphysema and asthma, she also has oxygen tanks at home and we have to bring them here when she stays. Usually it's only night time for oxygen but if she gets really breathless I'm running up and down the stairs with a bloody heavy oxygen tank. We probably need an afternoon nap because we're on here half the night and yes I've gone mad on Petplanet, I've gone and ordered them a new collar and lead each, they've only got about 10 leads they really need some more the poor things. :D
16. Great picture, I love Irish Wolfhounds. We met two on the beach a few weeks ago, I thought Ruby was big but they absolutely dwarfed her, they were massive but oh so gentle. :D Probably doesn't look as big because of being lay down.
17. Today has been the first day I haven't had a afternoon nap in nearly a fortnight. :D Let's hope it continues. Rosie had her blood test yesterday and we get the results tomorrow. I was stroking her earlier round her neck and felt a bald patch (this is a sympton with thyroid), I was demented shouting Bri and saying "Oh my god she's losing her hair". Then I went on Petplanet and ordered a load of stuff for her skin before I realised they'd shaved her at the vets when they took her blood, am I stupid or what, :o but so glad when I realised what it was. :D
18. I've been bitten three times doing my job but I still love dogs. I never reported any of them just had my shots. Although I must say one of them was a nasty little devil, but I think that was the owner's fault because she's a nasty devil as well. Poor Erin at least I didn't get bit in the face, I hope it's not dented her confidence and give her our best wishes for a speedy recovery. :D
19. Yeah Pei she just wants to laze in the sun all day :D :D :D
20. It's the only time you get isn't it Jen, we're so busy during the day, although I do sneak on for a minute or two but late evening all is peaceful and quiet to do your own thing. :D
21. Rosie is the white English Setter. We managed to coax her in but she isn't keen at all. When we were away a few weeks ago we had a six hour walk and it was a sunny day. She couldn't wait to get in the water just to cool her feet off and I wasn't long in joining her, and let me tell you it was bliss on my feet. :D :D
22. Saves you cleaning the hutches Jen :D :D :D :D :D :D
23. Thanks Pei, actually Rosie doesn't like water :(
24. Absolutely the last, enjoying dinner. We love mum's gravy :D :D
25. Another of my favourites :D :D
