Recovery Program for Internet Addicts: 1) I will have a cup of coffee in the morning and read my newspaper like I used to, before the Web. 2) I will eat breakfast with a knife and fork and not with one hand typing. 3) I will get dressed before noon. 4) I will make an attempt to clean the house, wash clothes, and plan dinner before even thinking of the Web. 5) I will sit down and write a letter to those unfortunate few friends and family that are Web-deprived. 6) I will call someone on the phone who I cannot contact via the Web. 7) I will read a book... if I still remember how. 8) I will listen to those around me and their needs and stop telling them to turn the TV down so I can hear the music on the Web. 9) I will not be tempted during TV commercials to check for email. 10) I will try and get out of the house at least once a week, if it is necessary or not. 11) I will remember that my bank is not forgiving if I forget to balance my checkbook because I was too busy on the Web. 12) Last, but not least, I will remember that I must go to bed sometime ... and the Web will always be there tomorrow!

GOODBYE TO HAZEL     With a heavy heart; and tears in my eyes after all these years; we must say goodbye Please understand; I've done all I could if there was anything I could do; you know I would I'm sitting right here; gently rubbing your ears while I talk to you softly; trying to hold back the tears The memories you gave me; I'll never forget especially the ones; of the day we first met One last hug; and one last kiss you have no idea; how much you'll be missed To look into your eyes; this one last time you tell me it's ok; you know it's your time Close your eyes now; and go to sleep we'll pray to the Lord; your soul to keep Go in peace now; my good friend I'll stay right here with you; until the end Dream of that special day and time when we'll meet at the Bridge; and all will be fine We'll run and play; side by side with a soft warm feeling; deep down inside Your memory will live on; in each one of us you'll always be number one; to all of us Have a safe journey; through the night I promise when you awake; you'll be in God's light So with a heavy heart; and tears in my eyes just for now my friend; we say goodbye

:D You're Welcome :D

Actually ellieangel, it was from the groomers who are situated in the vets practice. It's called Thornit, it's only a tiny bottle and it's quite expensive but you only need a small amount so it lasts quite a while. :D
-
Rosie always just lies there while I clean her ears but Ruby does a runner and hides as soon as she sees the ear cleaner come out. I've now got some powder from the vets, which seems to go down better with them. English Setters are renowned for ear infections so I have to be very diligent in that department. :D

Oh THANK YOU, THANK YOU :P I've always wanted to be collected

Poor little tyke, is he okay now, what a horrendous thing for you all to go through   I bet you do miss his chatter, our Luke is the same, he tries to get all his words out at once and ends up stuttering :D My cousin fell through a bedroom window when he was a child, unfortunately it left him brain damaged. He lives in a house now with other disabled people and hasn't a care in the world :D :D :D Love and Kisses to Jay (you brave boy) :buzi: :buzi: :buzi:
-
Not another coincidence, :o my first serious boyfriend was called Jay, I've always loved that name. I still think of him sometimes. You've got a Luke, Ellie and Jay, so have I. And Jen's got a Jen and Cleo (alright she did have) and so have I.

Is that the little boy in the photo who I thought was lovely :D :D

Mouse, forgot to go in chat room :(

Here's two of the little monsters, Luke and Ellie (Great nephew and niece). Just after this was taken the other day she decided to daub sun spray all over the windows I'd cleaned the day before, then she sat putting pebbles in Ruby's mouth (she just sat there and let her before politely spitting them out). Then she threw my decorative mulch all over the drive. Aren't they lovely (give me dogs anytime) :D joke :D

Listen ellieangel. I've got four brothers and three sisters with 20 children between them and their children have got another 15 between them and still a way to go yet. AND YOU WONDER WHY I NEVER HAD ANY. I've also got three stepchildren and five stepgrandchildren and you mention your brood. Don't lets forget my million cousins and their millions of sprogs, the list is endless. :2gunfire: Amongst our friends there is only ever us who has barbecues and parties and it's always a flipping madhouse and goes on all night. :eek2: :drink_2: :kciuki: :bigok: :eek2: There is nearly always someone fighting over the spare bedroom, I've actually got two but my computer is in the smallest one so unless they want to sleep on the desk or book shelves, tough. Mind you we did once put a camp bed in here, the thing is it never got put up properly and collapsed when the person got into it .:D :D :D :D :D :D There's alway Ruby and Rosie's basket of course, they can always get in with us. :D

Yeah, cheeky bugger (oops is that swearing over the water)
-
I wouldn't exactly call it luxurious Rosebud. It's quite basic really and although it costs a lot when I stock up, on the whole I think it probably works out cheaper than buying dog food   (she says hopefully). I did forget to mention their veggies (but they're fairly cheap). Yes Ruby is smooth haired so has a wonderful shine on her coat, all the local ladies want one like it (including me). Rosie is more curly haired but still has a nice thick coat. I like to think at dinner time their minds are going something like "I wonder what mum's got for our dinner tonight", knowing that it isn't going to be the same all the time. They've had chicken and ham tonight with baked potatoes and yoghurt for afters. It went down a treat, Ruby always has a good belch afterwards then lies in front of the fire to sleep it off.

I actually meant stay here with us on the forum. But your'e welcome to come here if you like. I've only got a small garden but there's a bloody big Heath opposite, the gypsies have had their caravans on it and some of the local kids camp out in summer so I don't suppose anybody would notice another tent. :smhair2:  :smhair2:

You could always cancel the holiday and stay here with us. More fun anyway. :B-fly: We'll miss you :bigcry:
