  I have a toilet companion too  The other morning I was actually very ill and had to run to the toilet to be sick (this isn't a very plesant image but......), there I was sitting on the floor crying and being sick and there's Indy with his head over my shoulder trying to see what I was doing and trying to lick my face.

Great pictures Marion and what a fantastic place to be able to take the dogs.
-
Unless I know he is asleep I don't let Indy out of my sight for more than 5 minutes at a time. He can get up to a lot of mischief very quickly.

Hey there, Your two babies really are gorgeous. :D

Good Luck !!! Let us know how you go

Sorry snowpaws :( Don't worry you'll soon be able to get your licence and won't have to rely on others.

My heart is definitely smiling because of my puppy. I love him sooooo much. When it starts getting close to 5.00 every day I can't wait to get home and see him. My b/f even jokingly gets jealous and says I love Indy more than him

LOL Courtnek my routine is very similar to yours. Indy knows as soon as I finish in the bathroom I go downstairs and feed him. You should hear the dressing down I get if I forget something and god forbid have to go back to the bedroom rather than going straight downstairs.

I can't thing of any good names at the moment but do a google search on dog or puppy names and there are sites that list thousands of names. I'm sure you be able to find something suitable on one of them.

Sounds like lots of fun. Wishing you all the best. Make sure you keep us updated on how you go in the shows and maybe post some pics for us to see.

You will have a great time and there are heaps of things to see and do. What month/months will you be here? How long are you planing on staying? Is there a specific area of Australia you plan to visit.? If so are you just going to visit the one spot ie. Sydney or do you plan on going to various states? Let us know and I'm sure between all us Aussies we can recommend some great places for you.

Congratulations - He is adorable :iloveyou:

Wouldn't they not be having the "problems" because they ARE breeding carefully.
-
Cute! That's why we love them so much.

Malamutes can bark but they don't very often. Indy is 10 months old and I have heard him bark less than 10 times. This doesn't mean he is quiet :D He "talks" a lot and makes lots of woo wooing noises and boy can he whine (A 90lb dog throwing a tantrum like a 3 year old child is a sight to see :o ). If you are familiar with the character of Chewbacca from Stars Wars they sound identical to that. I am assuming Huskies are very similar. Snowpaws?

This is straying from the present discussion but I couldn't see the fish link and all I can now think of is the three eyed fish from the Simpson's. :o

She is gorgeous. Good luck and keep us posted.

Snowpaws, I'm with you. My Malamute has a medium length coat and that is enough brushing and vacuuming for me. The woolies are gorgeous though, they look like big teddy bears you just want to give them a cuddle. The bearcoat Sharpei's also look pretty cool.
-
I agree with Behle :D She also looks like such a cutie.

Kiger, at first I thought you meant he missed playing rather than watching   but the principal is still they same - dogs are work and take time and energy. I am not playing soccer this year as our game times conflict with Indy's training class. I think a lot of people should get those battery operated robot dogs instead of a real, living, breathing, thinking thing. :-?

Glad to hear everything is back on track and all are doing well. Yes - more pictures

Has anyone read the book "The Loop" by Nicholas Evans? It is a very good read and I thoroughly recommend it. From the Book Jacket: A pack of wolves makes a sudden savage return to the Rocky Mountain ranching town of Hope, Montana, where a century earlier they were slaughtered by the thousands. Now shielded by law as an endangered species, they reawaken an ancient hatred that will tear a family, and ultimately the town, apart. At the center of the storm is Helen Ross, a twenty-nine-year-old wolf biologist sent alone into this remote and hostile place to protect the wolves from those who seek to destroy them. The Loop charts her struggle, and her dangerous love affair with the son of her most powerful opponent, the brutal and charismatic rancher Buck Calder. A haunting exploration of man's conflict with nature and the wild within himself, an epic story of deadly passions and redemptive love set against the grandeur of the American West, The Loop is destined to capture the hearts and imaginations of readers everywhere.
