1. Rowie, I can't see them (dreaded X syndrome)
2.
maybe it's the dobie/acd mix..............i was hoping i was not the only one with a difficult dog...........
Being an ACD x doesn't help LOL. Their teenage years are ten times worse than any other dog!!! (a lot of acd people will tell you this, and their teenage years go for a VERY long time.) Have a read of this link http://www.k9web.com/dog-faqs/breeds/acd.html and this one http://members.cox.net/markabbott/ACDfaq/acdman.html (if you haven't already) and this should let you know what you're in for with Dresden. 8) You have probably heard some of my ahem "difficulties with BK", but he is just a typical heeler with perhaps not enough training during the early months/years (partly our fault, partly the fault of the people who had him before us). But there is light at the end of the tunnel... I think you're doing a great job with Dresden, hang in there!
3. Welcome back Snowpaws! :D
4. I'm sorry for Zebra, poor boy must be so uncomfortable! I don't have any advice to give (bk off his food? never!) but I hope he makes an uneventful and quick recovery.
5. Ditto what Malamum said. :D Congrats on your new *foster* puppy! :P
6. Welcome back DP! :D BK is good when I am at the computer- he will just lie down and sleep. Which is nice considering most of the time he is a brat.
7. I'm glad Max's ailment was not as bad as you thought... poor boy would be a bit colder on that leg though (esp if he was here!). Big kisses from me.
8. Leo is the new puppy of my friend's I posted on here last week. I saw him today, he is SOOOO cute!!! He looks a LOT like Shara's Coal, actually, but with more white on his chest (he is a border collie/kelpie/lab X??). He's now 9 weeks and has all these little expressions. He likes his food apparently and goes nuts over anything even remotely smelling edible. He already knows how to sit, too, and they have only had him for 2 weeks. He's still fairly skinny but he's a lot healthier now than what he was (he was dumped with his brothers and sisters  )... will post pics soon!
9. Great news about Ben.... give him lots of hugs from me!
10. Poor baby!! Sending more positive thoughts from Oz.
11. Your aunty is definitely an angel... those poor little puppies... how could anyone just dump them...
12. Great photos, keep em coming!! Here's one of BK when we got him (6 months) and Tomson and Tessy and Nobby
13.    ohhh how cute!!! There is something about Lab puppies that makes me want to squeeze them and smother them in kisses... they just look so squeezable... 8)
14. Debbie, I have seen our dogs and "our" cats eat grass and then throw it up. Like Rowie said sometimes they eat it if they are feeling sick... maybe it is the animal equivalent of sticking your finger down your throat (ie. you know you have to vomit, so you may as well hurry it up instead of feeling like you want to die for the next hour). Ahhh here we go (I found a link for you): http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/home/pets/5318589.htm I hope that helps, if you need more infor do what I did and type "dogs eating grass sick" into Google. :)
15. YAY!!! Congrats on your new puppy!!!
16. :drinking: :drinking: :drinking: :bday: :bday: :bday:    CONGRATS CHAOS!!!
17. LOL I loved that, so true!!
18. OHHH! she is sooo CUTE!!!! More pics please!!!
19. Herding, of course 8) but I also like gundogs.
20. I WISH it was mine... I am having serious puppy envy!!!! I can't wait to see him!!! Hopefully I'll be able to meet him this weekend.
21. I don't know what the prize is, it doesn't say... but it would be fun to show my precious puppy (not) off. I may need to do lots of :drinking: beforehand though.
22. I would love to get a kiddie pool for BK but I don't think he'd use it. He's very precious about temperature. He has a comfort zone between 18C-22C and if it it colder or hotter than that he curls up in bed and ignores everyone, or flops on the slate paving against the house dramatically. He does like the hose though, we trickle a little water on his back and while he's not too happy when it's being done afterwards he gets so hyperactive.
23. This is a competition running in Australia for the country's most popular dog... I am tempted to enter BK in it... hehehehe www.bark-off.com What do you guys think? Are any of you (pitgal, Malamum, Aroura, Bensam) interested?
24. what will they think of next...   BK had his whipped off at 6 months (when we got him). He didn't have much of a chance to miss them! I am sure that if he did still had them they'd be hanging right down to the floor, because he's that sort of dog.
25. One male blue heeler/border collie cross. Like Marble said, crazy. :)
