He was killed by our propane delivery person, shot in the face with a cold blast of gas because he thought he was going to be attacked by a dog behind a fence. Later my husband got a Fawn female named Honey. I had to rehome her after I divorced him (he abused her) and she lived to be 7. The remaining years of her life after I "stole" her from my ex were very happy ones. Such sweet dogs! Debby
