Yeah!!! Happy Thanksgiving! Taurus got turkey and stuffing, but Jada didn't get anything because she is still too little. Also, Taurus got a great big thanksgiving bone! ** only 17 days till halloween! *** only 71 days until Christmas!!

Has anyone ecver heard of a product that you mx in with a dog's water so that when they pee on the lawn it doesn't leave big yellow spots of dead grass? Anyone know what it's called? Ever used it before? Does it work? Thanks Kara

Julie, It really isn't that important that she look perfect, but just as we want the best for ourselves and our children, we want to best for our dogs as well, and yes sometimes these things are superficial. I really don't giving a rats rear end to be totally honest if she didn't have any ears I would be just as happy. I have never owned a dog that has had their ears cropped before so I just want to make sure that I do everything right that's all. Both the vet and the breeder said the same thing, tape them till they stand! I was just wondering if they felt different, or really, I was just looking for someone to share any experiences they've had with me. The more knowledge I have, the better off we both will be.

I was just wondering if anyone else has a pup that has had it's ears cropped? Our presa got hers done about 4 weeks ago. SHe had a foam glued to her head for the fist 2 1/2 weeks, and we have been taping her ears for 2 weeks now. My question is, how will I know when we don't have to tape them any longer? When I asked the vet, his anwer was " just tape them until they stand" Well, will they feel different? They last time I took her tape off, the ears stood really well at first, we left the tape off for a day, and they started to fall, so we taped them right back up. Any help? LOL courtnek... that describes Taurus ina nutshell He is the absolute MOST STUBBORN dog I've ever had the pleasure of living with! He is the most head strong dog I've ever known, if he wants something , he gets it... that's final! He is also defenitly a lover not a fighter. I've read all these stories about APBT's being dog aggresive with MOST dogs after a certain age. We haven't had that problem AT ALL with him. In fact, he walks away froma fight. If a dog doesn't like him, and growls at him, he just walks the other way. He's only interested in dogs that want to play with him. He is also by my side 24/7. Like you said with your Taurus, he would never run away. I think the farthest off the property he's ever strayed is 20 feet. Do you have any pics of your Taurus?

Yes I do have a dog named Taurus. He is a 3 1/2 yr old APBT. We named him Taurus because when we first bought him as a puppy, we thought he was a staffordshire bull terrier. We figured bull... Taurus... it seemed to fir.
