Sharpie, I hate to say this - but could this be a stolen photo of Sassy? The resemblance is uncanny. Did the shelter take those pics, or did someone else?

littermates, especially in the same general area, are a definite possibility. There are two of Freebee's littermates here that we ran into accidently. I would have sworn they were her...

Personally, I could have done without the "starting"...and as I said, I'm getting really tired of the "bashing guests". :evil:

all love to you Aurora. No it is not easy. I have had to do it a number of times. I only had one I had to put down due to aggression, but even due to disease or old age it still hurts. Just know in your heart that you are doing what is right for Lily. Putting Alex down was the hardest....4 years old, best dog in the world, and ill with a disease that couldnt be cured. Try your best to remember all the good things about Lily. Know that she will always be with you in spirit, and you will remember her with love. Sometimes we have no control over what happens to our dogs, but we all know what we need to do to make it right. My heart goes out to you and Lily. I will light a candle for her and for you. You will be ok, it just takes some time... :cry:

She escaped, last night. Slipped out an open door. (my fault, not the kids) I called her, she didnt exactly come back, she sniffed around the yard, but let metake her collar and brng her backin, she did NOT run off! dog parks, here we go!! Freebee still cannot be trusted. If the parks were fenced, maybe...

Aurora, I agree with that. My neighbors kids are now "trained' to come to the door and ask for their balls back. If no one is here, (Kyle is gone, I ran to the store..I will leave them out if I will only be gone a few minutes) they consider it a loss. (Freebee will chew them up). I had long talks with all of the adjoining neighbors. the odds are good NEITHER of my dogs would ever hurt them, (especially Laurel. She'sa complete wimp, and would go to the back of the yard and bay) however, I am not willing to take the chance. They agreed. With a dog known to be unliking of children, the risk is much greater.... Aurora, I feel your pain. What you are doing is right, for everyones safety, but knowing that does not make it easier. So what if she cropped the pic, put it on a different background, centered it to make it look better? The dog still did a perfect stack....and is this guest person thinking that ALL of the printed artwork you can buy, is really the ORIGINAL picture, unaltered, untouched? OK, I havta kinda forgive the drunk....I just saw a dog on animal planet that is DEFINETLEY a cross betwen a foxhound and a Bully dog. leg length, dew claws, huge paws and ankles, and a bully head. ears hung down, but definetley Bully breed.... Fhounds have these HUGE catlike feet...and knobby ankles, and dewpads (with or without the claws) they are very distinctive. This dog had ALL of that, and the tri-color markings, with a Bully head...

I want a more technical proof. Every piece of computer euqipment produced, that can be hooked up to a network ( and the internet is a network) has a MAC (machine address code) address. That address, I believe, is transmitted with the IP. the IP can be stolen and used, but the MAC address is individual to EVERY PC. and that address CANNOT be stolen. It is hardcoded in the chips of the machine. Rotts ISP provider may be able to tell him what MAC address was transmitted during these posts. That would be definitive proof. It either came from his PC, or it didnt.

I'm sorry Abker, but I DONT agree with Michelle. All of the so-called "evidence" is circumstantial, and wouldnt hold up in a court of law. show me some hard "proof"....prove to me that no one could possibly have stolen Rotts identity ( and dont bother, I KNOW that's impossible) Proof other than what people have said about him on other sites. Prove to me he posted them. You cant. Anyone could have posted using his identity once they got that information. For instance, this site tracks IP's. You're telling me that if someone had Rotts IP, they couldnt post as him using his identity? I KNOW they could. He works all day. So do I. if his IP is NOT IN USE AT THE TIME anyone can put it in there PC and use it. My son could fire up my PC and post here, as me, saying whatever he wanted to. And it would look like I did it. He could put my IP in his PC, post as me, buy things as me, etc. In fact, he has, with my permission. So tell me again how it cant be done?
