Thanks I'll print it for her and see what she thinks. She says it is oozing from under his chin now. I remember Asim had this and the vet said it was an allergic reaction to sometime or from him always rubbing up on the rung and food bowl, he was on antibiotic and that cleared it up.

I am writing this for my friend. She has a 13 year old Lab/Golden Retriever mix, Scrappy. His skin under his neck and on the upper inside of his hind legs are now dark grey/black. THe vet recently saw him and said nothing of the skin color change. She is wondering if this is a result of old age (age spots)She just recently bathed him and he has very dry skin and patchy afterwards which he never did before. I asked if she changed his food she stated no. He also started to dig at everything,the carpets, the matteress the sofa. Otherwise he seems healthy. Could this be mange or the Black skin disease? :-? Tammy, don't beat yourself over this please. Your are a great mommy to your doggies! We all do our best when it comes to our fur babies. It is clear that you love your guys and you cherish them otherwise you wouldn't provide them with all the love you have to date. You have given Smudgie something many doggies never experience, LOVE! He is now an :angel: watching over you and your family smiling down from heaven thanking you for loving him! Smile you have many friends here at Dogo wishing you the best and sending you much needed :buzi: to you and yours.

First it is great news to hear that his is neutered and no it is never to late to have it done. I agree with Rotten_two, maybe he forgotten how to behave around people. From what I read you used to always take him out and then all of a sudden stopped. He's probally confused and acting out for attention. You will need to re-socialize him slowly. Rotten_two have great suggestions :)

I have, I have, and Patti love's them :iloveyou: She doesn't like the cold snow on her feet but loves to lay in it :stupid: . I originally got them for her when her pad was torn off. I notice it was torn the day after I adopted her she was limping really bad but once I put them on her she was a brand new doggy!!! They are greeeeaaat!!! Zeke will love then too!!

The funiest thing happened the other day :-? . Asim always brings us his toys and drops it on our laps and we throw it across the house for him to chase. Well Asim must have though it would be fun to bring Ro's friend my :oops: thong, :oops: he dropped it on his lap and Ro's friend was like " What is this? Why is your dog playing with your woman's panties? Damm bro you guys are freaks!" I was soooooo embarrased.. Asim always steals my :oops: thongs :oops: I hate it!!! I place them at the bottom of the hamper but he still steals them. He swings it here then swings it there, then Free comes in on the action and plays tug of war with it as if it was a chew toy!! He ruins all my panties!!
