Hey guys! Ok, heres the dealio. Carson is a chewer. Of anything and everything. Shoes, shirts, hands, towels, pony tails, rubber toys, everything! But he prefers fabric things. What can we give him that will soothe his mouthing (we think he is a little under a year) that gave me a bruise this morning :( ! HELP! BTW- Yes we are looking for obedience classes (thanks R2) and are planning on starting asap. My dad is going by Petco today to pick up a rope bone thing, some rawhide type stuff, and a kong w/ treats. Any other ideas from people who have gone through this?

Speaking of chewers, what can I give Carson that would be safe? He loves to chew on anything fabric, and have found him to be a shoe chewer  But he is still purdy puppy-ish, so we need some puppy proof chew things. HELP!!!!!!

Well he's home! SORRY for not posting sooner, we just got home :D He is just full of puppy energy! We have decided he has 2 modes, on and off. He's met the cats, and has decided that they would be fun to chase  He REALLY needs obediance training though. The only command he knows is "sit" and sometimes ignores that  I'll post some pics as soon as we take them! We are wanting him to adjust a bit to the house first. Oh yes, and we would like some recomendations for trainging places (R2 you could help, scince you live in MD) or just other generic places, like Petco/ Petsmart. THANKS! WE HAVE A DOGGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is great, sad, but great :D  Makes me be not so sad about Mocha's death. She did learn how to love and to be happy. She lived her life to the fullest. Thanks for sharing  -

ESSlover replied to Horsefeathers!'s topic in Everything about dogs
Oh geese! I'm glad to hear that Perry and Simon are doing somewhat better! OK, but now I'm confused. If you (or someone else) could go through the list of all of your dogs and if they are sick or not, that would help me. So far (I think) Perry, Simon, and Rocco are sick, right? How many dogs do you have? If you don't have time don't worry about it, I know you have alot on your plate right now. Prayers for healthy doggies and Hurricane Ivan coming your way  -
LOL! Looks like your doing good and loving it! That last Aussie is so cute! He (he?) even looked at the camera!
