:evil: I was walking with my mom and Elle yesterday. Mom and Elle were waiting for me to come out of the store. I'm coming out and some lady is coming in with a whole bunch of kids. So she's blocking the exit. I'm already getting annoyed, so when I get a chance to come out I see Elle laying on her tummy waiting for me. I say hi to Elle and the lady follows my eyes to see what I'm looking at and shrieks. Now, Elle was not standing there with rabies and saliva coming out of her mouth. She was laying on her tummy, wagging her tail at her owner. The lady shrieks as if my dog is going to attack. I got soooo angry that I took the leash from my mom, turned around and said to the lady "The dog's not going to eat you, stupid." and I said something more messed up that I'd rather not say lol. I'm normally not confrontational but she got me sooooo mad. I took it tooo personal. :x There's something wrong with me lol I'm too overprotective of Elle. :oops:

I got Elle's name from the Legally Blond character Elle Woods. I thought she was great in that movie so I thought it was a cool name for a cool dog 8)

After months of procrastinating and not wanting Elle to go through "pain" I finally got her spayed! I knew it was the right thing to do. The humane society does it for a good price BUT they wanted to keep her overnight. This is going to sound extremely selfish, but the thought of Elle not being with us for a night really broke my heart. So last Friday, my mom and I woke up at 4am to walk her to the ASPCA spay and neuter program. I had concerns but the vet was sooooo nice. They took such good care of her. Now my dog is healthy, the nagging in my brain is gone and she's healing nicely! :D

Elle likes her tennis ball. She doesn't pay attention to her kong :x

Yeah she has hair in the inner sides of her ears. I would never pluck them though. :oops: I'd feel too bad. :cry:

Elle (a cocker spaniel) has always had ear problems since she was a pup. For the past 3 days I've been having to clean her right ear everyday because she always has wax buildup in it. And it smells. My mom and I never see her scratching her ear or anything. Can this be an ear infection? And if so, is there anything I can do to help before I take her to the vet? :cry:

Elle was a cat. She jumps around the house like one. She learned that from her buddy, our cat Shadow :o

What Elle and I do together is fun for both of us lol She has a stuffed mouse toy, so i take the mouse and i start punching him and make believe im mad at the toy. I tell Elle " Come get him let's beat him up" so i throw the mouse on the bed and she takes it from there, kicking the stuffed mouse's butt for me lol :bday: We're weird in my house

Well last night she tried again so i took her off the bad and told her no firmly. so then she gets up on the bed stands next to me and puts her head on my shoulder. She's so manipulative and I'm a sucker :x

Ok this may gross some out, I apologize now U have been warned :o Elle is 15 months and has had her female thingy twice now. She's getting spayed next weekend. And it's about time I think. 2 days ago she started this weird, funny ritual. If I'm laying down under the covers on my bed Elle comes up to me, and pats my arm. she wont stop until I take an arm out. Then she goes down to my feet and does the same thing. So I had on these spongebob squarepants socks (with googly feet on them) she gets on top of me and starts doing dirty! I thougt only males did this :oops: The funny thing is she only does it with me, my boyfriend was laying down next to me but she chose to do dirty to me. She did it again yesterday, at first I thought it was funny (I don't let her finish, if there's such a thing for dogs) but now it's becoming annoying lol. Is this normal for the females to do? and to her owner who's a female? cuz she only does it to me :-?

I do it too but it's a little gooey so I use a wet paper towel Elle like it, she knows when I'm gonna do it :o

Her favorite spot is my bed lol :o

I buy Elle toys but maybe I should start making them. Good idea :ylsuper: and I do love your dog's hairstyle. :bday:
