Someone on rec.pets.dogs mentioned that her neighbor was trying to create a chihuahua/mastiff cross.

One of my co-workers was HORRIFIED when I said I liked my vet because she baby-talks to my pets and kisses them. She said, "I don't even kiss my dog -- why would I want my vet to?" Now, who on earth doesn't kiss their dog? How can you NOT?

How about a terrier/greyhound? All the energy of a terrier, all the speed of a greyhound :)

I can't believe they have such a ridiculous policy. My fiance and I work full time and take great care of Macy. One of us comes home every day to let her out, play with her, cuddle her, etc.

I've just started here and am SO glad I found this site! Someone at the dogfancy.com forums recommended this site. I'd also tried rec.pets.dogs, but the trolls there got to me (my only access to Usenet is via Google, so I couldn't killfile them).

The Westie/Jack Russell looks right to me, but what would make her 35 pounds?
