1. wow! stunning dog, lovely colors! very nice.
2. I read the whole thing! I'm only 17 too, and have similar dreams to yours. I want to live near a lake, with a house full of dogs...my total amount? I would love atleast seven. A few labs- maybe one of each color. A bullmastiff, bernes mountain dog, and a great dane too. I want kids- maybe one or two. I want to save myself for mr.right, have him be my only one- and share the rest of my life with him. But, I try not to make too many expectations- because I don't know what is going to be thrown my way. And, I don't want to be disappointed. It may take time for my dreams to be fulfilled, maybe years. But someday, hopefully they will come true. Whatever I have to go through to get there. right now we live in a New England house, and have a huge barn. its a lovely and peaceful place! soon though, I am going to go to college- and move away from home. and start a journey of my own.
3. yup. Landon is my little shadow. He is ALWAYS near me, constantly by my side!!! I love it...he is so darn cute. he's always there for me at all times!!! :D Lilly, well- she is more dependent.
4. Other than my bed, Landons favorite toy is his tire. he carries it EVERYWHERE with him...outside, in the car, to bed, in his dog house, on his dog house, when we go for runs in the field... he rips up all the blankets and dog beds that i buy him
5. oh I hope you get your pup! all fingers and paws crossed over here...as I alwa\ys say- if it is meant to be, it will be. keep us posted.
6. ohhhhh my!!! awwwww! I am in *love* :D
7. We buy Nutro (natural choice) for large breed dogs...my two do well on it. :D
8. Yes, it does sound cute. Unfortunatley, you don't want to let it get any worse- especially if it is interfering with her performance in agility. I would start separating the two...having one-on-one time with each of them, and make sure that the other one is getting attention at the same time. I agree with the advice Shannon has given you. Just take it into consideration, try it out, and maybe things will begin to progress for the better!
9. Aw, poor sweetie! Hope he feels better soon, I hate seeing them down...they just give you this face...and the eyes! oh my. You can tell when they are not feeling too well...or uncomftorable. Give Indy a great big (((hug))) for me, will ya? :D
10. haha! Looks like you have a smart one on your hands, you are going to have tons of fun!!! I miss puppyhood so much. I look forward to hearing the "puppy stories". Have fun, and enjoy every minute of puppyhood while it lasts!!! :D
11. Oh wow! I am so sorry, that is absolutely terrible. :( Not only for you and the family, but also for the poor pup. Only 2 months old...goodness. Well hopefully they can stop this from happening again. I must know- what breed of pup did you end up bringing home...and how old? did you pick out a name? Puppies are always such a joy, ahhh. I miss that stage...I really do. and the puppy breath....mmmmm!!! :D
12.     I LOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!!
13. hehe! funny. Landon is scared of the trampoline...he just lays under it...
14. all I get is x's:( waaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
15. Yup. It is their revenge. and boy...and do they ever leave some stink bombs!!!
16. awww! poor boy...he looks so sad!!!! hope he feels better soon!
17. lovely, crested. just lovely!!!
18. none of the above. Responsible breeder: someone who breeds to better the breed all around, not just one specific aspect of the breed. someone who is ready to do whatever possible if any complications occur through the birth, a breeder who will stay up all night with their bitch to make sure everything is alright...who will sleep right there next to her and be ready to spend any money that it may take incase any major complications occur- or a c-section is needed. someone who is not breeding for money, but to keep good blood lines running...to bring healthy dogs into a world. someone who interviews each of their puppy buyers, and keeps in contact with them someone who knows that sometimes they risk a lot of money when they have a litter, but they still know it is worth it. even though the price they sell the pups at might not make up for all the expenses... someone who gets their dog tested and clearanced before breeding...and who tries their best to breed within the akc standard someone who breeds from lines that do not carry genetic/hereditery diseases... someone who is involved with their dogs...does hunting/field tests, shows, gets titles...etc. yup. now there is a breeder for ya!
19. soooo true! haha!!!    great quote
20. Oh yes! There are too many BYB breeders, it breaks my heart to know how many puppies are brought into this world with a higher risk of having a health problem as they grow up. Or knowing that some of these dogs are just bred over and over again, sucking the life out of them... It is horrid. And they say that responsible and reputable breeders who do tests and clearances and breed from proven to be healthy blood lines, and who breed from the akc standard, that those breeders are just trying to make a profit by selling their pups for "700-800" dollars. And sadly, most uneducated people will go for the BYB puppies because they are "cheeper", or so they think. Wait until they get down the road and have to pay so many hundred dollars in vet bills.... :( I am not saying that bad things or health problems do not occur in well-bred puppies, but there is less of a chance. Responsible and reputable breeders try to bring in well-bred dogs that will carry on good lines, that will have less chance of health problems, and that will be the all-around dog. Yet, BYB breeders are filling our world with dogs that often times end up in shelters, end up with health problems, end up in homes unworthy of owning a pup, and yes...also in homes where they are loved and care for. Look around- we have so many homeless dogs in our shelters and our resuces. Taking care of those is more important than bringing unnedded poorly bred dogs into this world. Juts my opinion.

23. oooo yeah! my dogs love ice cream. I buy them frosty paws on their birthday, just so they feel it is different and "special." but they always share my ice cream with me, they like both vanilla and mint flavored. :D
24. On yesterday, Mother's day, my baby boy turned 11 months old. He is one month short of being a year, and I am still in awe at the thought of him growing up so fast...I still remember the days holding him in my arms, holding him tight, whispering to him how much I loved him, and how I would never let him go. 9 months ago, he found his way into my heart. I have watched him not only go through all of those nine months, but also grow through them. I could never express to you the bond that me and my boy share, but it is one that will never be able to come undone. And it is unique, there is no other like it. Sometimes I sit there and stare into his eyes and wonder where that little puppy went, but he is quick to show me that it still lives throughout him. He is still my baby, and he always will be my baby. He has these eyes that could reach down in your heart and make it melt...he has a look filled with so much love that could make your heart drop immediately, and he has a character and personality that could keep you laughing all day long, and that could put a smile on your face no matter how horrible of a day you have had. He has a long road ahead of him, and I look forward to what is in store! This is just the beginning, my friends, just the beginning. And every single day, I learn something new...something more valuable than anything I could ever offer to my boy. Lessons of life and love, to treasure forever. And some dare to say that he is "just a dog." No, he's more than that. He's a teacher, a comforter, a friend, a counselor, and someone who is always there when the rest of the world walks out- he is faithful, and I know that out of anybody, I can put my trust in him and it will never be lost. To some he's just a dog, to me he has become a best friend...a type of friend that no human could ever replace. :)
25. ooooo! so cooool! thanks for sharing. I love smilies! they are just grand! :D
