Licky is a big time tennis ball freak, too. She will walk around the house with one hanging out her mouth. And she loves popping her's, too. But she still plays with them.....she will lay and chew on them like she is chewing on a bone. :roll:

OMD, Honey has the same problem!!! But we found out why her's smells that way...she is a little overweight and has a hard time cleaning herself "down there". :oops: We use the doggy bath wipes and they work great. I had asked the vet about it and she told me as long as we help her keep it clean it was ok...well, plus help her get rid of some of the extra weight.

My girls usually sleep through storms.....if there is a loud clap of thunder, they may lift there heads to see what is going on, but usually just put it right back down and go right back to sleep. :roll:

Now I don't have to worry about when the girls need to go out to potty. They just go out and do their thing.

I don't think you would have to own your home to use the dog door. All we do is pull the sliding door open, insert the door (it is the whole height of the sliding door....the top is plexiglass, the bottom half is the dog door) then you pull the sliding door closed up against the dog door. If I can find a pic of it I will post it......

When I first got Honey, I lived at home with my parents. She LOVED to run through the screen door! Well, when hubby and I bought our house we invested in a dog door that is made for sliding glass doors. It's been wonderful!! The girls have all the freedom the want to go in and out (they are worse then kids running in and out sometimes :roll: ) and we have piece of mind that they won't destroy the screen door!
