When we took Duck to the vet for a checkup, he said that she has fleas...I wonder why.. :-? Anyways, they don't sell those droplet thingys here...I looked EVERYWHERE.They have powder that is supposed to be mixed with water and then rubbed on the dog, or flea collar.Would a flea collar actually work?And which way would be better.I'd rather use the flea collar. :roll: AND if I did use the collar, would I have to put her regular collar over it when we go out?Or how would I put her leash on?[size=2]Too many questions....[/size][size=1]I'm out of breath...huh..huh.[/size]

I went to the pet supply store today and made a list of all the commercial foods and their first ingredients: Nature's Recipe-Lamb meal Royal Canin-Dehydrated poultry meat Purina Pro Plan-Chicken(I wonder if it's real chicken?) Optima-Chicken meal Nutro Choice-Dried lamb meat ANF-Chicken meal Frisian Dog's Choice-Defatted poultry meal Science Diet-Corn meal Someone please tell me which one you think is the best(only from this list)?

[/quote] If you look at her from above, it looks like she has an orange stripe down her back, and all the rest of her fur is yellow.And the fur on the back is adult-ish fur.Hard and not so fluffy.Her ears are still really soft though...love feeling her ears! 8)

Duck is 5 months old.I don't know how tall she is...I'll go and measure her when I get home :-? Stupid question:Where should I measure to?Top of head or shoulders? :oops: She is eating Science Diet.I know that's not the best food, but I'm still not sure about the other brands...I know we'll be switching though.There's nothing wrong with her right now..just worrying too much about her size.You'd never know that she was eating science diet if you looked at her coat.It's really shiny.And her head is too small for her ears...she doesn't look like a Lab at all!!Oh well, I'm not showing her, and I couldn't care less...just thought maybe she was underfed.. :-? Off subject:I took her to the vet for a checkup and all one day, and I saw this poor dog..OMG!!His nails were....SO LONG!!!!!I should've taken a picture..they were so long that they went down the floor, then curved around and UP!! :o Poor dog.. :cry: And the owner didn't even know!! :x I pretended to whisper to my dad about it, but really loud on purpose.Don't know if the person heard. :mad: And she has an eating problem...little pig gobbles her food!!And once she ate so fast that she threw up a whole pile of slobbery kibble!!(it was still in the shape of kibble..just wet.Is there any way I can stop her from eating so fast? And is she supposed to eat 3 or 4 times a day?Someone from the park said she should be eating 4 times a day..trust you guys more than her though :roll:

Is Royal Canin good?The only commercial food we have here is Science Diet, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Pro Plan(or Pro's Choice, forgot which :oops: ), and some other crappy stuff.I looked at the ingredients..the Pro something had chicken meal in it...the others...forgot

I uesd to HATE cats.Reason being cuz one of those feral cats living in Taiwan had to come and eat our 2 bunnies.The bunnies lived outside.Then I got bit by another cat.And scratched too. :-? Then I started to like them(cuz my friend had a really nice one, I think he was a Russian Blue...or Chatreux(sp?).I know I'm going to have lots of dogs one day, and 1 cat.Probably a Ragdoll...or Cornish Rex. I read somewhere that you can train a cat to flush the toilet after peeing.You fill an empty film canister with treats and make a little hole in the bottom.Then tie the canister onto the toilet flush thingy and when the cat pulls it, treats will fall out.you know the rest.But the book said that after teaching that, there'll be lots of flushing going on in the house :lol:

He is SOO CUTE!!!Big black and orange drooly teddy bear.My uncles rottie(Lucky)drools too.He would bring his favorite ball for me to throw, and when I throw it, there's stuff splashing out of the hole(there's a bell in it) on one side!!And once I accidentally dropped it in their pool and the thing sank but you could actually see the drool floating on the pool water :o

When I was in 4th grade I got 2 Dog Hero books from the book order :lol: There were dogs that saved their ppl frfom fire, drowning, freezing to death, getting lost...tons of others....there is no limit to what a loving dog would do for his/her owner :infinity:
