Looked at the website and it looks like these people REALLY cares for this dog - hope he is found!

Im lucky because Boerboels need no grooming at all. I never bathe them - they are always "clean". A good shake and all the dust is off!!! Only time they get wet is when i treat for ticks and fleas.

Thats very true - my dogs also are very obedient and wont bite unless they sense danger. Dogs neednt be made vicious to guard.

I am asking with great respect guest, all our differences put aside, how can you be so final in your judgement after seeing pictures etc and not meeting me or seeing what im doing. HOW? HOW? HOW???Im not so nice because im a very difficult person to live with!! You saying im rude and you are totally innocent - please. I dont even want to say it - i dont have to prove myself to you - but while im posting this message, 2 of my pups are lying in front of the fireplace in my livingroom. Please answer these questions honestly without attacking me and we take it from there.

[/b]:wink: I like Bulldogs and all big dog breeds, but one day saw a Boerboel and was hooked immediately.Their temperament just stands out above the rest. They are very intimidating because of their size and musculinity, but once you get to know them, they are extremely controllable.I have 12 dogs currently, none of them officially trained, but you must see how they can be controlled!!!!! I just call them by their name and they listen and obey. They also tend to learn from each other (good and bad things!) and that shows their extreme intelligence. As my children were getting big and did not need so much attention anymore, me and wife decided on the dog breeding. They are children to us. You must have a passion for animals to do this. Helping to catch the pups of a female who is scared and inexperienced, stressing about sick dogs and unknown buyers and playing your lungs out with them is all part of the deal and you must face it with an open mind.It is very, very hard work with big breed dogs. You have to decide how you want to do your thing after considering what other experienced breeders had done. Use your own intelligence and combine that with other proven facts to do your own thing. That what is important - uniqueness - so in the end youd be able to stand back and say -darn, ive done well!!! As for advice and comments from other people - listen to it, even if you dont agree, and process it for a while before discarding because their might be some truth in it. You will have many personal ideas as how to run your program and if somebody disagrees with it, it doesnt mean your idea is wrong, its a personal opinion and more than one way is right. As you gain experience with time decisionmaking will become easier and you will then know what is wrong or right to do with your dogs.Then nobody can and will sit on your head because you know what is need to know.
