__crazy_canine__ Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 Actually this time I decided to do them all from an older rescuer whos dogs sometimes go to Straydog's Adoption Day. ------- Im Jordan, a young female American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Jordan was found running the street. Now that she is safe and sound in her foster home, she spends her time playing with the other doggies there, which she really enjoys. She has already told us that she must have at least one other dog for companionship in her forever home. DOB 7/02. At 6 weeks of age, some mean-spirited person poked Snow's eye out and now he has only one. Even so, he has forgiven that person (as our canine friends are prone to do) and is friendly and outgoing. Who in the human world wouldn't carry a grudge after that? He gets along fine with other dogs but would also do well on his own because he loves lots of attention, and that way he would get it all. He likes to play but he is very much a houseboy. Please find it in your heart to overlook Snow's disfigurement, and give him a wonderful home where he is treated with the love and kindness not shown to him previously. DOB 7/02. It makes for a very interesting look. She would like a playmate, as long as it isn't a cat! DOB: 4/01. Im Ripley, even though Im labeled on the site as a boxer mix, my friend thinks Im a Great Dane/lab mix and Im a young male. $110 adoption donation. DOB 9/2003. ------- Oh and Smokey.... Im not sure if he got adopted yet but here he is anyway! (sry for the bad quality pic I didnt take it and it was the only good one I could find!) Im Smokey, a young male pit bull mix. Hes a beautiful blue brindle color and has so much energy! He loves to play with other dogs. He is a little bit dog aggressive but only to some males (and its mostly only other pits). He looks a lot like some of the dogs I've seen across the list. Look at Joon: (ASD/Great Pyr mix) Eddie another ASD/GP mix: Those two are already adopted. But you can see more ASD's at www.nasrn.org I know Reily isn't with your group but maybe you could pass along the information! Oh and Dolores is a crazy looking dog! Quote
