I was having an argument with my boyfriend about who was better....Wishbone or Lady (from Lady and the Tramp).I was adament Lady was better,while he thought Wishbone was. Anyway it got me thinking about who everyone's favourite t.v or film star dog was. Maybe its Lassie or Rin Tin Tin.Or Inspector Rex.It could be Pongo or Perdy from 101 Dalmatians or Eddie from 100 Deeds for Eddie Maguire. Although sometimes promoting these dogs on television often lead to them being overbred as everyone wants a 'Lassie' or 'Wishbone'. :(

I love all dogs!But my favourite purebred dog would be working kelpies. Other then that mutts would definately get my vote.Their beautiful and I love them to bits. Although I love to look at other dogs like staffy's,poodle's and rotties.I doubt I'd ever own one. I'd just admire from afar :)

Personally I believe kelpies are absolutely gorgeous. Their so athletic and graceful.Their lines are agile and strong and they are unbelievabely intelligent.

It's things like this that make me realise what great creatures dogs are. Sometimes they seem to have human characteristics like compassion,its really heartwarming :) Although I love my kitty dearly I doubt he'd come to the reascue of a fellow animal :roll: . Although he is a brat. :lol:
