1. Basset Hound. Pros. Beautiful as hell!!... loyal, excellent smelling sense, low physical activity, low manteinance (except for the ears), friendly with kids , adults and other animals, never bite, so smart, if there's nothing better to do, they sleep. Cons. Delicate ears and eyes, hardly training (they're so independent), loud bark. Toy poodle Pros. Friendly with all the living beings, so smart, easy on training, good company for kids and adults, they act like a member of the family. Cons. High maintenance (hair, ears, nails), loud barking when somebody come home, so jealous with other pets, even people...and not too masculine  Great topic Hillside, thanks! :D

9. Yeah Lola loves to do that, she stare at us with her sad eyes like "can you see i'm about to break in tears?, gimme that food!"... but we have to ignore her and let her know who's the boss, or later will be us staring at her...
10. I guess that girl is one of the sweetest pits in this board, i love to see her pics. Good for her :)
11. The vet makes me clean Lola's ears with a piece of cotton humid with a little alcohol not too deep in the ear. I do it every daily, but it depends on the activity of the dog, if he/she is a blood or a basset hound that walks daily with you, you need to clean those ears frequently 'cause they keep ears and nose right in the floor, exploring the smells. Also they can carry dirt with the ears and infect eyes. Until now we haven't problems with that. Not to mention the real atractive of this dogs are their beautiful ears!
