Now that is being more reasonable... I'm not agreeing that pit bulls will be extinct in 20 years or less (due to BSL), but the time frame does sound more reasonable at least. And my apologies about my comment about only believing (from people who work with pit bulls, own pit bulls, and rescue pit bulls) that pit bulls are in serious trouble. Yes, the responsible owners that I know have kept me and others educated about the seriousness of the plight of the pit bulls... and they have done a great job, too. I sure wish that their efforts to educate the public would be acknowledged, too. I applaud them.

Well, with my sisters dog, I inadvertently trained him to grab a toy when someone came home! That's because I was dogsitting him when he was a puppy, and everytime I came home he would nip at me (like puppies do!). So, I'd grab a toy and put it in his mouth, then give him LOTS of lovin's! To this day, if anyone walks into their house, he runs to get a toy!! heheheh!

Hi, Carla! If you love dogs, then you qualify to post here! Read a bunch of the other threads, too. There are a lot of good people here who share information about their dogs; and support each other, too!!! All breeds; all mixes! Cats and other animals, too. As far as Primrose goes: I have NO IDEA what motivates her to post negatively about pit bulls all of the time. Her pit bull postings have a "doom & gloom" tone to them. She claims that she doesn't dislike pit bulls, but by reading her postings about them... I have a hard time believing that.
