1. Sorry about the boxer...I thought of them and basenjis after I posted this I am going to have to make lots of calenders so that I can include all my faves!! This is way to complicated...I can not pick just 12. Maybe my calender will feature 2 dogz a month!! or 8 or 12 ( that would be a little much) I picked the beagle because I know one at my agility lessons and she is cute. Well if every one on here did a calender maybe we would be able to pick all the breeds... :D
2. OHH, your rio is very very cute!! Well HazelNutMeg...I am stealing your idea. You got me inspired!! I have picked some breeds and now I need pictures and info on these...it was so hard to narrow it down...I piced my favs...note that there are only two little dogz. Sorry I like the big bad dogs :D Akita or Husky Pit Bull Lab (all colors) Rhodesian Ridgeback Golden Retriever ( well I got the pics for that one!!) Border Collie Bernese Mountain Dog Bovia Beagle Westie Brittany Spaniel and of course MUTTS (americas dogz) I just need cute pictures. I am still up to changing my mind but this list is what I thought of I am off to do more research...I am looking for pics that have the permission of the picture owner to use in other things, Thanks all, (I am also going to put together a calander for rare breeds...any I should definetly picture?)
3. This is complete ignorance!! This was on the news tonight. A house was found that had 44 dogs, most GSD mixes. They were all underfed, they had fleas, eye problems, and scars. They were living on top of trash and fecies.     The owner was an elderly lady who took in a couple and then moved out because they got to hard to handle. The dogs just kept breeding. They saved 6 dogs out of 44!! The lady is charged on 6 counts of animal crulety and could face up to 3 years in jail. Here is the website on the humane society of wahington. It might have more info than I could remember from the news... http://www.washhumane.org/crueltycases.htm Some people should have to go thru what thier poor dogs did!!
4. I use the clicker on a couple things. We don't use it for agiity but I have seen people use it for agility and it worked. I started a while ago and she was taught the watch me command. I like the clicker training way... I just did not start in the beggining so I am just using it to teach new stuff.
5. Yellowlabsrule, that is cute. I will have to see if i can find someone who feeds thier dogs Purina so that I can get the Agiliy one!!
6. I'm for the Bernese Mountain Dog, Golden Retriever, Rhodesian Ridgeback, some kind of mastiff, The APBT, and most definetly the most popular kind of dog the Mutt!! I think that the first mont should be the Mutt. Well luck to you and your calendar. Maybe I should make one...then I would have to go thru picking just a few of the many breeds!! Under pics Hillside posted a great pic of a APBT ...you could see if you can get permission to use it. I have to stop naming of the breeds...sorry can't help myself, a whippet? Don't know how popular they are?
7. :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: Alright now that all those little guys have hedaches...!! I sent an email!! :evilbat: This is so ignorant! What an idiot! Can I post this on another website too? I know of a couple pit lovers!!
8. You had me worried there..I thought oh my gosh what happened when I saw this :P Well thank goodness it was only the chairs... Here is to the chairs- Rest in piece dear chairs!! I don't know are you sure it was them :stupid: They both look like such :lilangel: (s) :o :o :o  Well luck to you and finding new chairs...
9. Thought I would post this. I found it on a BC rescue site. It is a free online flyball game. I wish I could afford to do the real deal...but we are true to our agility... Plus the fact that I do not think that Rio the ever distracted Golden could possibly learn to stay in her own lane. Well this is really fun....Enjoy,\ http://www.butchers-flyball-game.com/
10. Wow thank goodness Devin is home. He was in our prayers. Well hopefully his new owner will be able to work things out and try it with Devin again. But I guess if it is not ment to be it will all work out in the end. Well Glad that he is in his "Home" and hope that he will stay that way. :multi: :multi: :smilecolros: :Fade-color :Fade-color :rainbow1: :rainbow1: :olympic: :olympic:  I love all these neat little graphics...how can you pick just one and especially on such a happy ocassion!! :)
11. I think that since you care so much about the pups that you should try and find a home that is suitable for them. It sounds like you would be better than she would at finding proper homes. Don't know about you taking them until you find homes because I know how parents can be... I think that it is better off selling the pups so that she does not breed them...it sounds like she is in it for the money. These pups need to get out of the heat. Is there some sort of shelter outside that provides shade? Well luck to you Rowie...hope that you can place these pups in a better home :D They lost a pregnant dog :o !! Did they ever find her...? They sound like they are really not responsible people :-? I love your avatar!!
12. Come Back Home Devin!! This is so sad. I hope that you find Devin soon... Keep us informed!!
13. This is so sad...I hate people like that too. Just want a dog for, well no reason. Who maybe thought it cute as a puppy and then it grew up and to them was a monster with no manners... I do not think that anyone should own a dog that they did not so any research on or know how to raise it. This just adds another "horrible story" to the pitbulls history caused by some idiot who tried to raise something they had no idea about... Well luck to you and your neighbors dog...
14. Hey cool more agility people WARNINGIt is soooo addictive!! Once you pop it is hard to stop.WARNING I am taking agility lessons in MD. Where are you located? If you go to AKC web site- www.akc.org They have a place where you can look for clubs near you. Well I hope you find a place to get started! It is way to fun and the dogs love it!! Hey as abker17 said Dogpatch has a tone of great stuff!! Alyssia and Rio ~~GOLDENS~~ Agility- sometimes it is hard to tell who is having more fun the dog or the owner!! :D
15. I think that this is a good product. Instructions are a neccesity!! I do not belive in tying dogs out because they do not have any way of being protected (as a fence would do) or getting away if it is under attack. I think that if your animal is on the chain that a human should be there supervising the entire time. The price is fair...I would rather save it to invest in a fence but.... Well hope that this product goes well for you and that it is a great success. :sweetCyberM: I think that this is a great product for people who can not have a fence. I guess that I am always going to go for the fence :olympic:
16. Beyond Stupid I'm afraid. :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: I guess it was a slow news day....
17. I am sorry...it must have been really hard.!! You did do the right thing. They will now be placed in a new home where they can run and play and have room. Well it is good that you are going to wait until you get a fence and have more time. Deep down you know that you did the right thing! Hope you feel better soon! Ps- I know someone whose dog is in the kennel about 20 hours a day and has no where to run or play. The dog is suffering very bad from this and the owner just does not have the time or heart to take her to the shelter or find a new home. This dog has many behavior and health problems due to this. You did the right thing!!!
