Rowie, the way you described the owner, I think I know who she is!! And I know how she got those pups!! It was a birthday present, and she is not fit enough to own dogs. Rowie, there's nothing you can do to stop her and her family, it's their choice, but what you CAN do is try to help, your plan B was a good idea, or you can ask your cousin to talk to her and tell her that what she is doing is wrong....? I don't know... I say all you CAN do to help is find a good dog owner who is fit enough to buy them. What else CAN you do? To answer your question DogPaddle, yes, cats are ok with muslims. They say that if you are a muslim, you cannot let your dog in the house. I'm not sure why.
