[color=indigo]BC's are very active and highly intelligent dogs. I can imagine that leaving a BC alone for more than 8 hours will lead it to destructive behavior. I'm sure they are great pets but I'm just "warning" you of their high amount of energy level. If no one is home to play with him, they will find somethign else to do to burn off their energy i.e tear up furniture, dig up your carpet and so on. I wanted a BC for so long but when I found our how active and intellgient, it just scared me a litt.e :oops: People would keep writing stories on how their BC unlocked locks, jumped over 6ft fences and so on. [color=indigo]When we went to see Mick's breeder to reserve a pup, I tried a few questions on her to see if she really knew her stuff. She ended up really showing me up and told me more than the answers. If I asked if his parents were healthy, she not only told me that they were, but told em the most common concerns with the Sheltie breed and brought his parents downstairs to show them off to me and so I could personally see their temperament. Ask questions, and you should also begin research on your breed. Mick's breeder asked us some questions as well. Like what kind of yard we had and so on. It's important to know if the breeder you are meeting with knows her stuff and takes good care of her pups and parents. Good luck! :)[/color]

Heehee :lol: As far as the actual show goes, I have only seen a few episodes and the ones I have seen have not really been like "reckless breeding". They knew what they were doing...I guess it depends. I kinda like the show though.[/color]
