:evil: I do not believe in breeding mixed breeds either. I don't care if you do all of the health testing either it is a simple way to make money. That all it is good for to the people that do it is the money. WRONG

Very pretty dog. It kinda resembles a huksy which I have 2 of. It has similar characteristics as the husky.

I would not do the van thing. It is good they are doing something like that to help unwanted litters of puppies. BUt I would not do that. IN a van, NO. Heaven forbid if something went wrong. BUt I would get my dog spayed at the humane society vet office. They charge you but it is a lot cheaper than a vets office. My vet wanted 360 to spay my dog and I don't have that kind of money and the humane society charges only 45. I would call around and get differnt prices though.

The only time I have seen my 2 huskies scared was when a picture fell off of the wall. Other than that nothing bothers them at all. They don't mind lightening storms. they would go play in them if I let them. 4th of July they are outside laying on the grass watching them. Weird huh

Both of my huskies are like that too. But the leave it command works pretty good for them. I also use the haltie on the one, that helps a lot. They will start to get excited and I tell them to leave it and give a tug on the leash and we walk on by. So just work with him. Mine are 18months and 26 months old.

:D My female huskies name is Brianna Nylea which means strong beautiful eyes. She is called pretty girl, drop it, no chew. My male huskies name is Ulric SLoan, means wolf warrior. Let me tell you he does not live up to the name. He is a big baby, He goes by big boy, pretty boy, mr lick a lot( gee wonder why he is called that one. ) DOWN. There is many more but I can't think of them now. My 4 year old niece has names for them too. She loves the dogs and they love her.

:roll: My 2 huskies will catch birds and whatever else comes into there yard and kill them too. who knows what they have eaten that I have not seen. I don't want to know. I know my one ate something she shouldn't have about a year ago. She got a bacterial infection in her belly from eating something she shouldn't have. dogs gotta love them.

:wink: That sounds like my huskies. they like to arrange my landscaping too. I have holes all over my back yard and they seem to want to do it right next to the patio so you have to watch where you walk in my back yard. They are almost always orange. Here is South carolina we had red clay as out dirt so they are dirty all of the time. I have a white husky that stays orange in color for the most part of his life and they are inside dogs. I can imagine what they would look like if theywere outside dogs

:o I know how you feel. I have siberian huskies and it is in there nature to catch small things too. They have had many cats by there neck that have wandered in there yard but I have stopped them before they killed any so far. But they have killed many squirels and birds and chichmunks and a bunny. Something fun for them to do I guess.

:scatter: Hey my 2 huskies howl all of the time when they hear the sirens. It is quite funny. It scared me the first time they did it.

:wink: My parents german shepherd puppy that is 7 months old still does that. one of the dogs I had growing up did this until she was about 2 years old. So good luck.

:angel: I have 2 siberian huskies and as you know they love to pull. I bought the halti and it was the best thing. I can actually take a nice peaceful walk with both of them at the same time. I used to have to walk them seperate because they pulled so much and I couldn't hold them. They are so strong and would jerk my arm off if they saw a cat or something they wanted to chase. I tried the no pull harness also and it does not work at all. they still were pulling like there is no tomorrow. The strength they have too, you would not realize how strong they are for there size. They can pull harder than my parents german shepherd.

I would say it has german shepherd in it too. It look kinda like a black sable german shepherd mixed with something else. It is a pretty dog. I want a black sable german shepherd. They are so pretty. :lol:

my huskies will do 1 of 2 things to let me know they want to snuggle. They either just come jump on your lap. ( like they are a little 5 pound lap dog) or they will come up to you and start to yodel and talk to you and when you turn to talk to them they will jump up on you and lick you. They are so sweet. :angel: Of course when they do option 2 if you are my 4 year old niece they will knock you down. They don't realize they are 45 and 57 pounds dogs. :scatter:

I have 2 siberian huskies and as you know they love to pull. The halti was the best investment I made. Before hand I used to have harnesses on them and they would pull and I would be sore the next day from having to jerk them back and just hold on to them. Now I have the halti and I can hold them with one hand and I can take both of them on a walk together and control them at the same time. Something I used to not be able to do. I used to have to take 2 walks so they each would get a turn. I think it is worth a try if you have not tried it. I have recommended it to alot of poeple that have dogs that pull or are uncontrollable.

I use the chewables for my dogs. It is calld heargard plus. They are about the size of a liver treat I guess and they seem to love them. It also deworms them everymonth or I guess If you use it on a regular basis like you should then it prevents them from getting worms.
