You have a really big problem here. I can't really help you too much because it's not really affecting me but I would say just if you have a gate to your backyard make sure it's locked and they just can't get into your house. Are the neighbors dogs mean?

When I first started asking my parents for a dogs I wanted a Boxer, my mom wanted a Weimeriener, and my dad has had Pitbulls since he was a kid all the begging paid off except I didn't get a boxer but I like the dog I have right now. :)

A family on my street has one and always finds a way to get out of the house and chase me :-? I've seen it crawl under the fence to get to me :o
