I think you are right saying what happened in the past made your dogs what they are today- a clone would just be like a dog of the same breed or type. there are enough unwanted dogs around without people wanting a copy of the dog they just lost or is getting old

I think I'VE only made little mistakes with the dogs, they pull on the lead when it suits them I think I made more mistakes bringing up my chilren. Even though I am proud of all three of them now
