Another can you tell what dog this is?

Just brought home this 3 year old mix from the pound. She is about 9 lbs. She is white with an apricot streak down her back.
Not fearful at all. The pound thought she was chihuahua and terrier. Is a poodle a terrier? Her tail curly cues. Her nose is light brown.
