Stupid neighbor..

I had Zeus in the front yard brushing him out for winter. He was on leash, under my complete control. Then our neighbor let their coonhound mix out. With out leash mind you.. And here he comes into our yard.. I start telling him to get lost. He comes over & starts to mount Zeus.. That's all it took for Zeus to come unhinged.. He turned and went to grab the hound. And I took one jerk on his prong lifting his feet off the ground, and I firmly marched Zeus to his kennel.. And I then proceed to bitch out the neighbor for letting the dog loose, and not keeping him on leash.. And what does she do? Scream at me for having a mean dog.. Sure, whatever.. How would your dog like it if some strange dog comes over & starts humping him? Zeus was in his own yard, on leash, so she doesn't have a leg to stand on with this one.. If she calls I'll report her for always letting her dog out off leash.. Which she does..

I'd call and report her, in case it happens again. Lots of people around here let their dogs run loose too. Like I will try and take my dogs for a walk and a beagle or dashund, will come running across the street barking and yapping.
