__crazy_canine__ Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 I just got back from PetsMart with Kat. I figured she needs to get out and interact with people and dogs. There wasnt many dogs there but she did get attention from people. I let a few children pet her, which I need to do more often because she is scared to death of them! Well, anyway, this one couple was talking with me about her and just as a worker was walking towards us the wife said, "shes just so adorable!" The worker corrected her by saying "he" The couple was like WTF? They knew I had said she was a girl so why was this PetsMart employee saying its a boy? Kat had her tail tucked so far under it looked like she was a boy.  My poor baby is just so unsocialized. :( She has gotten better though. Quote
JackieMaya Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Don't you just love it when an "expert" corrects someone and gives them totally wrong info? It's good that you're getting Kat out and about. It probably won't be too long before she's a wigglebutt going up to people and wanting to say hi. She'll get there. Quote
