rescue bulldog kennel or housing

I have a troubled rescue bulldog who does not do well with sitters. I have to leave town for a week to a month at a time. I am looking for a place for him to stay in Souther California. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

My dog can't go to a kennel because he is too agressive and can't stay in my apt because he is too loneley. He is a resuce. I need a creative solution.

what do you mean by too agressive? with people or other animals?
if with people then good luck finding anywhere for him to go
if with animals then most boarding places can acomodate that

do you have any good friends that he is friendly with that could maybe stay at your house while you're gone and take care of him?

He is aggressive with large male dogs and with some men who don't like dogs. I guess he knows who is who.

All my friends are out. I will try to find a kennel, but that means he is in a cage for a 10 days and I am out $300 to $500. I am willing to pay but that is a last resort.

I like the idea about a bulldog wanter. Who is Dan and how do I contact him?
