JackieMaya Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 I typed up a long email to the rescue shelter that I adopted my three puppers from tonight thanking them for all that they do in rescuing animals and fostering them until they find forever homes, and also in taking care of Pooh Bear's surgical costs, and attached a bunch of photos of the kids. Then I tried to send it, and it came back saying it was undeliverable. Then I tried again, and it came back again. I used the email addy that's on their website. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they have a different email addy. I've wanted to send them an update on the three kids and a thank you with pictures for a while now, and now I finally got around to doing it and it comes back. Well, at least it's still in my "sent" folder so I can just forward that to the correct addy hopefully tomorrow. Quote

JackieMaya Posted June 30, 2005 Author Posted June 30, 2005 Pooh Bear is doing just awesome! He walks totally on all four legs all the time. Once in a while when he's running he'll throw in a few hops, but he's doing just great. His limp is getting less pronounced all the time. I'm sure that in time the limp will either go away or won't be very noticeable. His hip surgery was only 2 months ago, so I couldn't be happier with his progress! Thanks for asking, Nad! Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I love it when I get updates from my adopters. I have one person who I love to pieces and really wish I could go to New York to meet her. She is a good friend and I often cry my heart out to her. How did I meet her? She adopted one of my dogs. In fact if things go right and Delta hasn't found her home....I know where she is going. It's always great to hear how well a dog is doing. I hope you get the right email address and can get it to them. Could it be the email account has a size limit on it? Quote

She forwarded it to the director of the rescue shelter and to Pooh Bear's original foster mom. And she sent me four puppy pictures of Pooh Bear (in the Pictures thread)! OMD! Major cuteness overload!
