How Awful!

I just got the worst news. :cry: My Aunt Barbra's dog got hit by a car, and was killed.

She tryed to was putting his leash on, and he got loose and ran into the street. :cry:

He was a lab. :cry: Her other dog is really depressed now. :cry:

oh how sad.....Labs are such escapists....I always have to put the leash on inside the house or fenced yard,cuz I KNOW she will make a mad dash if given the chance.....

tell your Aunt I am very sorry please....

I'm so sorry your aunt lost her dog. That's so sad. I'm glad she has the other dog to help her get through the loss.

What awful news... :cry:

It's hard enough to lose a beloved dog from illness, or old age, but a road accident is really heartwrenching. As a child we lost our black cocker, Colonel, in much the same way.
