I don't know if I have ever asked this before, but here goes. Toby loves a good tennis ball. Brad plays fetch with him with it. Toby however does not like to give it up. He brings it back and drops it and lets you throw it again. When he thinks play time is over he tries to bury or hide the ball so we can't put it away. I don't care for him playing with it and he loves chewing on it, but round objects scare the crap out of me. I'm always afraid when left alone he might choke on it. Is this possible? Should I continue taking it when he is alone? Or am I crazy and he is perfectly safe?

That is how I have always felt, but I know some people give them to there dogs all the time. They think I am crazy and it is to big to choke on. Maybe now, but later on when he is bigger I feel it would lodge perfectly in his throat.

So maybe I am not over reacting.
