Pet insurance

Does anyone have pet insurance? I thought about getting it when I first got Abby, and honestly I just put it off for no reason. For those who have it, what companies do you use? And, if you don't mind me asking, how much do you pay? I'm kind of an idiot about insurance and how it all works, so any advice is appreciated!

We have it for all the dogs. We use Pet Care, I can't remember how much it is but its the premium plan. I'll find out tomorrow for you. I'm so glad we have itthough ! This year alone Lucky's had two surgeries and Chaos had to be taken to the emergency vet for stitches. Its definately worth it.

i think we get it automaticly from our vet when registered our dogs through her.

I looked at a couple but it is expensive! and doesn't cover a lot of stuff. Putting money aside for vet bills is a better idea, I think.

I have pet insurance for Austin. It is a good backup incase something happens to him and I dont have the money on hand to pay for the vet bills. If you go to www.petcareinsurance.com they have all the rates and coverage. I think I paied $119.00 for the year. If you have any more questions PM me.

I have 4 pets, all in good health. Pet insurance here would cost me over $360/month for what I would consider adequate/moneysworth coverage. I put a bit of money aside periodically instead because it seems to work out better as its $4320/year for insurance and I have yet to pay more than $1300/year and that was the year I fostered Tyr.
