IYPChrissie Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 We have a yellow lab named Tequila, he just turned 2 in December. He is the most awesome family dog a family could ask for. He is great with the kids, yet just protective enough... all that being said he is just so noisy LOL He has nightmares, he farts, he burps - honestly its like he is my Hubby's twin ;) LOL. I work from home on my computer into the wee hours everynight and the two of them just make *noise* all night, its really kinda funny. Hubby is never up quite as late as myself so he never hears his nightmares and whimpers and they are loud, sometimes it scares the $hit out of me when its quiet. Funny thing is he hardly ever barks at all, yet these other noises.. forget it lol. No real point to my post, just thought it would be fun to see if anyone else had a noisy dog. Quote
ObedienceGrrl Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Almost sounds like you are describing a Pug! LOL. My new little foster is a BARKER. Not noisy any other time. He barks at the GSDs, at my other Chinese Crested, at the cats, at the toys, at the pillows, at his reflection in windows, at me, at my husband..... And have you ever heard a Chinese Crested bark? Let me assure you, it's not pretty! I'll gladly trade! I think my ears have started bleeding. Quote
Crystal Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Toby is a loud sleeper, he whines and moans. There is the ocassional bark in his sleep. He almost never sleeps quietly. I laugh so hard. Quote
Rowie-the-Pooh Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Rowie's actually quiet, surprisingly though because she is such an active dog. :o I can't count the number of times she'll suddenly be behind me, panting and sniffing and believe me its scary! Especially with a wet nose pressed into your back! Except for when she's running around or panting, she's quite the quiet one. And she rarely barks, lucky aren't I? :D Quote
CincoandDahlilasgirl Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Cinco is quite until Dahlila gets him going. Dahlila on the other hand barks at anything and everything! She'll bark at anything going by our house even if it's just a leaf! Quote
JackieMaya Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Jackie talks in her sleep. Shes goes "woop, woop, woop" while everything is moving. LOL Maya snores in her sleep. Quote
