Kerislc Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Yesterday was such a beautiful day so we decided to go on a motorcycle ride. Scout was going crazy that we were leaving without him, so I put him in my coat and we took him around the neighborhood. I zipped him up and he LOVED it! I thought as soon as we started it up, he would get scared and not want to go but be didn't. We went really slow so he wouldn't get too windblown, but is that a bad thing to do? I know he had so much fun just snuggled in my coat, but I am not so sure that is a good idea. Any opinions for or against? Hey, what about those googles? Who was that that had the picture of those? Crystal Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 I would have to say as long as you were going slow and held on tight and it was a good warm day,no harm done. If he enjoyed it It was probably ok. As long as you were being responsible. I've seen some people on tv with dogs in leather jackets sitting in side cars and they go every where with there owners. I would just be very very very careful, you would never forgive yourself if anything happened. I don't think its a big deal, just as long as you use your head. My husband has taken our dauaghter up the road on a motorcycle when she was younger. Of course she wore a helmet, I wonder if they make doggie motorcycle helmets? Quote
