Private Breeders?

I saw this ad,on pet grooming and they sell pups and they state that ''they do not support puppy mills,their pups come from private breeders?is this a lie? :o :-?

Probably not. "Private Breeder" is a pretty broad term. It would encompass anybody breeding dogs who doesn't hold corporation status. So that is basically almost everybody. It's nothing special. It has nothing to do with the ethics of the breeder.
