I have one English Springer Spaniel and I'm gonna get a papillon some day but not right away I'm searcing for good breeders and likewise with the Ess.. Aroura Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 I am an owner and lover of Papillons :D In fact my little one has just come up to say hello :wink: My advice though, is to visit as many breeders as possible and meet their dogs. I got one of my Papillons from a not very well known breeder, but he is from good lines and is the sweetest, most loving, smartest little dog probably in the world (I'm not biased!). The other girl is from a big, very well known breeder. She is very timid, doesn't look "quite right" and I think was hiding behind the corner when god was handing out the brains :o I love them both though, they are both very sweet and definitely traffic stoppers when I walk them through town! Everyone at training wants one, they see Montie doing agility or going through his tricks repotoire and just say "I want one!", even the big dog people want one, I've always gotta be careful that one of the great dane owners don't try to steal him from me! :lol: Quote
