Horsefeathers! Posted September 27, 2004 Posted September 27, 2004 And I'm worn out. She's a very, very, very, very, very.... perky, happy girl. She loves the other dogs who are trying their best to bully her (she just doesn't care and continues to treat them as if she thinks they're playing) and I think a stranger is just a friend she hasn't met yet. That whole three legged thing doesn't slow her down a bit. It will take some getting used to that she's not Rocco. I mean, she's sweet and joyful, but not quite as "refined" as Rocco was. Rocco was the epitome of manners and training. We'll need to work on that leash pulling and overexuberance thing a bit with Peaches, but I reckon that's a lot better than dealing with other behavioral issues. I think she's smart enough to learn. So there's my check in. I think I need a nap. Quote

I know that she will never be Rocco, but she will always be Peaches - there to kiss and snuggle with. I also just want to say what a great person you are, HF. We need more people like you out there!
