Crested Posted August 8, 2004 Posted August 8, 2004 StarFox: No... Never. Just had a "kind of" strange times lately. Had a lot to think about so all discussion forums have had to go on ice for me. Quote
courtnek Posted August 9, 2004 Posted August 9, 2004 y'know, the more I think about it, the more this P***** me off. They left a two week old baby, unattended, on an adult bed. not in her own crib. not in a bassinett.....not in a playpen.....for all we know, the baby could have fallen off the bed, thus fracturing the skull....I have hardwood floors in my room. I really hope they make both parents go through some kind of mental counseling/treatment before they get those kids back. I dont think they should be allowed to have pets, either, at least until they get their acts cleaned up. Quote
piperstubbys Posted August 9, 2004 Posted August 9, 2004 I haven't read all of the replies but did manage to read a few and I'm thinking, unless the dog was throwing the baby around and shaking it that the dog was trying to care for it or take it to it's mommy - who should have been watching it. I know my GSD was up my daughters butt when she was a baby and if I had ever left him in the room with her and left for another room he probably would have tried to take her to me. Mind you he was not around her until she was about 4 maybe 5 months old other than a little toe sniffle. Even when our cat we adopted had babies in the bathroom, if we brought a kitten into the living room when he was around he would come get the kitten in his mouth and go put it back in it's basket in the bathroom, he always had to take care of the babies! Poor dog and stupid people!! Quote
