Do you know UCI-there is a puppy mill who has dogs in it!

Hi I'm new here and i was wondering do anyone here know how the UCI club from Germany is?
I'm from ICeland and the thing is there is a women in Iceland that is running a Puppy mill :evil: and she started this breeder club Ice dogs that are in UCI and there are shows and everything but she was banned from FCI because she broke all of the breeding rules so she started this new club.
But the thing is we are a group of people that are trying to have the puppy mill closed down and I've been trying to get the e-mail adress or phone number at the UCI club but nobody seems to have it or know how to contact them though many people are attending shows that the UCI club is having with the American club IABCA.
So if you know anything about this it would be absolutly great.
