Hey ya'll!!

I've updated a LOT on my website since last posting about it, I'm wondering what you all think, and what else I can add? ANYTHING I can add that will help animals and provide information is totally welcome! If you know of any other rescue organizations which aren't posted, let me know!

Keep in mind too, everything's still highly under construction :wink:

Oh! The dog aggression page, just ignore it. I gota redo it. The information I wrote myself is really outdated, and was just copied off my old website. I have learned a lot since then, and really want to rewrite it. :D :wink:

Nice page Shara, well done. Would you mind if I use your peeing dog gif in my web page? I've just started mine, having a few problems such as it wont let me upload pics... so I downloaded netscape and managed to upload one pic of Lily, then the next time I went to do something I couldn't upload pics again... I click on "upload" and it just doesn't do anything! :-?

By all means, use the peeing dog! :D :lol: :lol: I think I got him from just an all graphics site, ya know where you go to get cool emoticons and such. I THINK so anyway, can't remember, I have had him for some time now :wink:

I got a "THIS PAGE CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED" but it could just be my internet. My power flickered here a few nights ago, and the comp buzzed REALLY loud (DL should remember, I was on MSN with her when I freaked out and left :lol: :lol: ) and so I had to shut down my computer. The internet then didn't work :o Was some scary times I tell you *sniffle sniffle* came close to ending it all a few times :wink: Thankfully, daddy had it fixed this evening :D Sooo, my net has still been a little off today, because I have dial up, and my comp I'm afraid, si on one of it's last limbs :-?

Geocities SUCKS when it comes to uploading pictures, or the page being down, or anything working at all :-? That's why I switched to Angelfire. It's more work with HTML, but in the end you get a MUCH nicer look, and much closer to what you really want :P
Coal's site is still geocities: www.geocities.com/coaly_moley/ but I think once I have Fly N Woof to the point I want, then I might switch Coal's 8)

Hmm, thats weird about my page, it works here... :-? Try looking again and let me know if it works... I'm thinking about going with someone else, Geocities is easy, if it wasn't for the stupid photo thing I'd have no troubles at all!

I'm adding a page on all the doggy sports right now :D The only ones I'm familure with though are Agility, Frisbee, a little bit of FlyBall, and Dock Dogs, so if anyone has info on any other sport that I could use I'm wide open for the info!! :P

I few pointers though:

If you go to the top of the page builder page... on the tool bar, you will see "Format".
Then go to "Page Properties".
Under Title you can type in whatever you want. Like above on the top of this page, on the bar up there, it says "Dogomania.com::Post a reply - Microsoft Internet Explorer". What you type in under "title" will appear up there :P
Author, I haven't yet to find out what use it is, but might as well put in your name anyway :wink:
In "Page Size" click "Center Page". This centers your page (obviously) when people are veiwing it, and makes it much nicer :D
Layerd HTML you can put if you want, I have it on Coal's site because things overlap. Have you noticed that you can't save your page if stuff is overlapping? Layer HTML allows things to overlap, but the problem is that what you see on your screen then, isn't necisarly what other people see, and things may over lap dramaticlly.
Width and height is obvious :wink:
And then the defualt Colors is cool because you can chose what color your links are, and what color they will be when people have already clicked on them.

Sorry if you already knew all this :oops: Just when looking at your page I saw it wasn't centered and didn't have a title, so just wondering if you knew about that nifty little tool :wink:

Thanks Shara!!! I didn't know any of that, I'll have to look into it when I get home... it probably wont all work though seeing as nothing will work!!! It sucks, but even if I can't get it perfect at least its something, it'll do until I know what server I'll be staying with and can make one with that. I think Josh is buying me the new iMac for my birthday, I'll be able to use that at least and I know it wont stuff up like the PC I'm trying to work with at the moment! :agrue:

Until then I may just have to stick with a plain, no pictures, just information web page :wink:

:D Yeah, if you'll notice then F-F doesn't have much for pictures because I still haven't figured out how to get a picture with text BESIDE it with HTML and it not end up being gimped :lol: :lol: :oops: But I was thinking of on the K9 Sport pages to put one picture on the bottom of each page of the dogs doing the sport. Cuz usually pictures attract the reader's attention :wink:

No problem! I'm no expert, but I have been creating webpages on Geocities since Hazel was 6 months old :wink: That was probably almost five years ago now... I think... or getting there... and I've been working with HTML for some time now, since last winter I suppose.
I also LOVE making graphics and stuff, so if you ever want some help with that I'm glad to help! :D But even ask DL, it may take a while :lol: :oops: :wink: I'm still working on her Siggy for Dogo, but I can promise it will be good when I'm done! :D :wink:
